You should never threaten someone livelihood. That is there family. Have you considered doing management training yourself? I think the way you treat your employees is terrible, training is needed on yourself Joe. This comes from someone who has a business in top 100 in UK and employees over 320 staff.

Awesome episode JV. Really interesting to see you drive your team and be relentless in what you expect of them. Myself and Mark are now up to 20 full time staff so seeing the people management side of your business is really helpful 👍

Joe, if he's talking about on platform lead forms vs landing page lead forms then here are the FACTS. On platform lead forms deliver volume but low quality. Landing page lead forms deliver quality but less volume. Ive been doing ads my whole career.

I wholeheartedly agree the issue was introducing Qualifying criteria on the lead ads, trying to do a landing page job but at high cost and low quality.

@JosephValente if you're getting poor quality on your landing page, then you need to work on your sales funnel. Offer value up front (a long form page with intro sales video). Then, take them to the next stage (maybe a long form webinar) followed by a more detailed lead form or direct contact. I haven't seen the page, but I'm guessing the journey from ad to asking for data is a short one.

Hi Joseph. I like your energy and passion. However, the actions taken in the business and money spent are not converting because there is not a single person - including yourself - that knows or can implement measures and systems that will significantly increase the conversion rate. So you are barking at the wrong tree. You can shout as much as you like on the team, but they simply don't know and they don't know how to find out as they have never done this at this level before. But there are a lot of companies in your position. Sometimes they get lucky, but most of them don't. Now, the Director of Sales you are searching for needs to be a person who can solve this one thing for the business, and the rest will be much easier, as the guys are great and know how to speak to clients who are warm leads. The question is are you ready to accept help, because even you have no idea where the problem is...clearly. Otherwise, you'd come up with such a procedure that is working and you would teach the entire team what to do? Think about it. Your answer is in Warsaw, Poland. If you want to know why, get in touch.

@@bestwaypropertysolutions UFB only shows a snap shot there is some great work being done by the team on the sales process but always room for improvement. We close circa 750k a month so we know what we are doing but always room for improvement. Poland is a long commute 😂

@@JosephValente I live in the UK. So no commuting from PL to the UK is needed. Of course there is a great job done in the business, but it can be better. At least that's what I see. The trip to Poland would be one off and then remote work...this is what the internet was invented for. As they say: you don't know what you don't know. And if you want to solve your problem fast, instead of going to Spain again, 2 days in Warsaw will be much better spent time. The choice is yours. I am not saying to you things can't be done. I am giving you a solution. I am as hard a cookie as you are Joseph...originally casted in Poland. We don't fuck about when things must be done. I can promise you that. If you are not providing the info to the team, no one will do that for you. It's your job...they only can follow and do what they know. And the 750k does not sound amazing, if this is at least 40% below what you need every single month. Does it? Unless you want to break even the entire 2024.

If you hire "professionals" and they provide advice, then it is probably best that their advice is taken. I fear that a confirmation bias is coming in quite heavily here. Enjoyable episode though so if the RU-vid channel kicks off then at least that could morph into a sustainable form of revenue.

It’s good to see the results of the training and hear from the business owners who have benefited, unlike that Grant Cardone snake oil seller 10X nonsense. I also think that people work for you because they need the no nonsense approach as they know that without that pressure they would procrastinate and slow up.. plus they see the results which speak for themselves. They could leave but don’t so that says a lot.

i must admit, as much as i like watching these episodes....joseph your a walking HR nightmare mate. your energy is great and you see you motivate people, but on the flipside, you can seem quiet harsh to how you talk to people. i would be interested to see how people come out of those meetings as im sure at some point you may have to start apologising to people for the way it comes across.
