Hello everyone! Welcome to my kitchen! I'll take the cheapest meat! Great Homemade Pork Appetizer My Grandpa Taught Me! Everyone asks me about this recipe! It is so delicious that all the guests were shocked. This meat makes a great appetizer. Pork according to this recipe always tastes delicious, appetizing and beautiful. If you love pork, be sure to try this incredibly delicious recipe. Pork has never been so tender and soft.
Preparation and ingredients:
4 pieces of pork (600 g).
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon crushed granulated garlic.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper.
Mix spices well.
Sprinkle the pieces of meat with spices.
Rub the spices well into the meat.
Turn the pieces of meat over and do the same.
Make small cuts along the edges of the pieces of meat.
This is to ensure that the meat does not twist while frying.
Set meat aside.
2 zucchini.
Cut the zucchini into 4 pieces.
Remove pulp.
Cut into large arbitrary pieces.
2 eggplants.
Don't completely remove the skin so you can see it's an eggplant.
Cut the eggplant into 4 pieces.
Cut into large random pieces.
Add 3 tablespoons of starch to the eggplant bowl.
Also add 3 tablespoons of starch to a bowl of zucchini.
Mix well.
When frying vegetables, the starch does not absorb oil or allow juice to escape, so the vegetables remain juicy and tender.
Set zucchini and eggplant aside for 5-10 minutes.
2 peppers.
Cut into large arbitrary pieces.
2 onion heads.
Roughly chop the onion.
1 chili.
Also cut the chili pepper into large pieces.
3 cloves of garlic.
Crush the garlic like I did and chop it finely.
6 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Squeeze 4 cloves of garlic with a garlic press.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Mix well.
Pour 50 ml of water into a separate container.
1 tablespoon starch.
Mix well.
Pour plenty of oil into the pan.
Dip eggplants in oil and fry until golden brown.
Place a paper towel on a plate and place the eggplants on top.
Dip zucchini in oil and fry until golden brown.
Do the same as with eggplant.
Add the onion to the pan.
Chili.
Sweet peppers.
Mix vegetables and fry.
Put out the garlic.
Roast the garlic to bring out its flavor.
1 teaspoon tomato paste.
Lightly fry the tomato paste.
Mix all vegetables.
Pour the eggplant and zucchini over the vegetables.
Drizzle with the previously prepared sauce.
Mix well.
Add some diluted starch.
Mix well.
Starch is added to thicken the sauce.
The vegetables are ready and can now be removed from the heat.
Sprinkle vegetables with herbs.
Parsley or coriander, green onions.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Now that the vegetables are ready, let's move on to our meat.
Pour some oil into the pan.
Place the pork pieces in the pan.
Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Then sprinkle each piece of meat with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
Turn the pieces of meat and let the sugar caramelize.
Turn the pieces of meat so that they caramelize on all sides.
Fry the meat until fully cooked.
Our meat is fried and ready to serve.
Arrange the meat and vegetables on a plate.
The aroma is simply amazing!
