tbh personally i think the imperial light cruiser will do good cause it’s a capital ship and almost all the capital ships do well. even though the demand isn’t good rn it might get better when it retires leading to a lack of sets in the market. and also it’s kinda an iconic ship from mandalorian with a lot of fans of that show
Honestly, I do think that this set will increase in value in retirement. However I just don’t think it’s a set you’ll make any money with accounting for expenses. But with how crazy the LEGO market can be I could totally be wrong lol. Love your content man! You’ve been crushing it recently! Definitely wanna be where you are someday!
I like everything you said, except fot the Light Cruiser set. Ship sets, like that with decent mini-figures do well historically. Certainly though, if the same Gideon mini-figure appears in a 'dual" type 20-dollar set, it will be a sad day. Thanks.
With a lack of demand wouldn’t it go up like general grevious star ship. Cuz not many people bought it and the price of the airborne trooper went up. Also with mando season 3 coming, there could be a chance we see it again making people want it if they never got their hands on it
Hard to tell if this is the right platform for this. But ill try anyways as this is still considered business. Given the present conditions, is it better to invest into Real Estates or into Stocks? Which would yield better output.
Has got to be Stocks but of course, you have to be well informed on the right ones or better still, get a pro to handle it for you (that way, you save time and minimise risks). Made my first million this way earlier this year. One more thing, one can wake you up by 2am to complain about a leaking pipe, the other can't.
@Hoshi Fuyo Funny enough, I can honestly relate. It's not as easy as it may sound and takes some level of decisiveness and discipline. I don't know if I am permitted to drop it here, but his name is "Claire Anne Steinglass". Was in the news a lot in 2018. You may look her up online for more details.
This right here is the second time I am coming across this name in a week. Came to my school for a lesson and it was lit and yes, she has a really cute southern accent.
There's thousands of Lego city sets but one of you running the Deal Watch. Your jokes, editing and wise investing advice makes you more memorable! Keep it up, dude!
Light cruiser gonna be a good one. A unique imperial ship, that’s probably never gonna be made again. That moff Gideon figure is also a good one if it’s not released in a cheap set
Interesting analysis, thank you. The Light Cruiser though after retirement should do better, just probably need to pick it up with good discount and wait. Now the Lego City ..... what about Trains sub-theme? These looks like doing always well.
Have had some limited success with the Lego City sets, but overall you are correct they are a dime a dozen. Have subbed. keep up the good work and hello from Australia.
The only thing I could say against any of this is that the Light Cruiser comes with a Cara Dune Minifig which isn't available anywhere else and probably won't ever be made again.
hey man you know yeah the trouble on tatoine is a bad investement but theres no reason to trash on it, it was made for kids and teens to get mando and grogu. In fact this was my first lego sw set and its still one of my favorites
@@NarutoUzomaki65 I live in Oregon and its kind of a problem here in Portland they steal it from target and Walmart especially because the employees can’t do anything so they just walk out with expensive sets
@@NarutoUzomaki65 nope its not, its straight up about investing in lego, that means buy as many as you can to sell them for more after they retired, its the cringeworthiest thing you can do, its not like other people want some certain sets too or anything.
@@SpiritFilledGianpaul scalpers are people that "invest" in certain things, Ps5, why did barely anyone get one in the first year? Because some 30 yr old arsebugs bought entire STOCKS of ps5s just to sell them even more expensive. This youtube channel supports scalping, its super sad and rather pathetic that adults invest in toys(not in the actual company with investing in the stockmarket, no they buy as many toys so that they can sell them for even higher prices after retirement) its super sad, maybe some child wants this set so badly cuz his favourite character is in it and he saved money to buy this set and he won't get it because people that "invest" in lego buy every single set of this as they can, if they hear it gets retired... but well, not really my problem these sad beings just piss me off.
@@MeisterSchwabbo Idk I buy already used sets before retirement, use them for MOCs, and sell them for higher later on (often especially after holidays a lot of people sell them for cheaper used, when the kids build it up once, play with it for 1 month and then tell their parents they dont really like it and want a different set, so the parents just sell it immediately)
