Do not make this HUGE mistake on Duolingo. I failed the test! 

My test has been declared invalid for the second time now for the same reason, that is, another application was running in the background. To make sure nothing except the duolingo application was running, i pressed ctrl+alt+delete and viewed the task manager, which confirmed it.

What are the background programs and how to close it . I took my Duolingo test 2 times and both times they told me that reason only . Plz help me.

I wrote the exam in 6 times, but my test is could not certified for different reasons.

I had deleted Grammarly from the computer and did not use it during my exam. But the Grammarly icon kept showing up during my exam, will this affect my results?

Hi Sister please help me out i have given my duolingo test and it is written over their that,The captured video or audio from your test session failed to upload properly or is corrupted. Your test will not receive a score. Please disable any third-party software, use a stronger internet connection, and try again. And then i tried once again and now also it is showing Internet occur and when i have given this test for the first time my score was 90 but it's not enough and now i have to pay again 3rd time and how to solve this problem?

After you got waring about mouse , do they immediately disqualify you test or they let you give the test? i accidently did three finger swipe and i exited full screen and got waring but i came back less than 2 sec. does it impact?. i am waiting for my result.

I took Duolingo exam twice and I got mail that my results can not be certified given with the reason that During the speaking section, it was evident you were reading a response that had been written out. This is not permitted. Your response cannot be prepared in any way and must be candid in order to receive a certified result. How can this could happen ? Duolingo gives random topics for speaking section and there is no chance of preparing any material. Everything I spoke is of my own. There is no chance to speak a written script as they give random topics to speak. No chance of predicting the topics and the preparation time for the topic in exam is 20 seconds. What can I speak from a written script in the span of 20 seconds. What should I do now, if the test is not getting certified for this reason.

First time they uncertified my test stated that "you are looking out of screen" and reattempt on the same credit and again they uncertified result stating same reason. Infact, i attempt test with full consentration looking within the screen throughout the entire test. Despite this they uncertified test and didn't even give another credit for third time. Hi. I have done my test recently and the results come as I was blocked permanently by Duolingo as I was using dictionary or predetermined tool to make the spelling correct.. I was not conscious about it and I don't intentionally tried to cheat. I have given appeal and they are not ready to reactivate my account and new purchase for test has been disabled. What can I do to reactivate my account or is there any other way to have a test again. It's really important and I need to take the test as soon as possible. Please help me.
