The treatment I am using is Allspice. It get to taste, smell and has a hints of clove, nutmeg, and Cinnamon. Instead of buying them separately you can just use Allspice instead.

Hiii Selina! 😘 I'm glad you finally discovered that spice. It is very very very effective for massive hair growth. I'm using it for almost one 1 year... I can tell you it's amazing! Using it along with bay leaves is a bomb. You should also purchase the leaves. They are also very powerful for hair growth. Do not use too much of the seeds because they're very strong. Use at least 6 to 7 seeds. For 250ml of water. In powder form use a tea spoon. Use it and in your oils or tea rinse. I have so much growth since I'm using it. I Have that plant in my country (Haiti in the Caribbean) You must try its leaves too. 🥰 A combo of pimento seeds, pimento leaves and bay leaves is a bomd 🥰 Nice video ❤

I forgot to mention *coffee* and *rosemary* for the bomb combo. Allspice seeds and leaves, bay leaves, rosemary and coffee: Best combo ever👌🏼 You can also add some amla, fenugreek and cinnamon or star anis. Cloves is optional. It's a testimony for me. Trust me. Since January til now I'm using only them to moisturize my hair. I sometimes use only their leaves as tea rinse. They are In my oils... My hair has never been that thick and long. I also have less shedding.

@@birdielee6718 no problem sis. Allspice and pimento are some of the given names of that plant. Some other names (bay st thomas, Jamaican pepper, French names : bois d'inde, quatre épices which means "4 spices" also many different names in the Caribbean. You can just add some pimento seeds (not too much. 6 to 7 seeds (crushed) or a tea spoon of the seeds powder) to boiling water for about 15mins. Also add the bay leaves (3 or 4 leaves). If you have the bay leaves powder add a tea spoon of it to the boiling water. Then let it cool down completely. You can use the tea as leave in or to re-moisturize your hair. No need to rinse out. It's smells very good.

In my country we call it *bois d'inde* There are two main varieties in that plant. *Pimenta dioïca* and *Pimenta racemosa* the difference are in their leaves But with similar seeds. In my country we mostly use the leaves. A very good spice. It smells sooo great! We use them in chocolate, liquor, jams, fruits jelly, in some sweet dishes. Also as medicine for cough and cold fever.... Just before yesterday I bought a bunch of fresh leaves to be dried for my hair treatments.

@@SelinaZinchuk THANK YOU too 🙏🏽 I also learned a lot from you.🥰 Yes, you should give the leaves a try too. You won't regret it. But do not use too much. 3 or 4 to 5 leaves is enough for about 500ml of water if you make a tea rinse or leave in spray. Even in 1L of water do not add more than 10 big leaves. To avoid side effects. Because the leaves are strong and rich in essential oils. For 250ml of boiling water 2 or 3 big leaves is ok. (Boil for 20 to 30mins) Just crush them to get all the properties and benefits. You will love its sweet smell 👌🏼

Selina I've been using allspice spray for a week now and my hair grew 🤯 I've never noticed my hair growing in a week. I use water, aloe vera juice and glycerin with it. I've been using aloe vera juice for a year now but never notice a growth in a week
