Amen 🙏🏽I came looking for a word for my morning in this time of where i need to just accept what was done was done and learn from it. I use to feel that everything that happened to me was the biggest punishment after accomplishing something education wise and this whole summer i let depression, anger, worrying, comparsion, and more make me drained over this summer. After losing a job and getting hit by a car I was so down and didn't wanna talk to no one everyday i cried and stil do cried until my body ached, ask why me, couldn't distinguish if the enemy had wanted a game or if i was being tested by Jesus Christ, still to this day I try not to worry it is a fight and at 22yrs i am doing it alone i feel. I do not like talkign to people because they compare or throw in my face we all have struggled or get over it its life for me i prayed and visioned more for myself this year and felt defeated and still do.

I was introduced to your Bible studies by one of my Sunday school teachers and I have subscribed to your emails. Last month, I was laid off and since I was born disabled, I have always struggled to find and keep employment. I have struggled with worry ever since I became a disciple of Jesus Christ as a child, and I’m not proud of it. I am thankful that you teach the Word so clearly and in a gentle way. Please keep me in your prayers; I am scared that I will be evicted from my apt because I’m still not working. I was ineligible for unemployment benefits because I worked for a non-profit organization, so this has been a difficult year so far. Thank you. Grace and peace to you.

The purpose of worry is to find a way to deal with a difficulty. A difficulty is the cause of worry. If you don't want to risk worrying, don't think of a difficulty. A synanym for difficulty is worry. There are many Bible verses that can help stop worry. In fact, the Bible says only think of the things in Heaven and not the things on earth. The Bible also says pray instead of worrying or being anxious. Worry is part of anxiety. Like I said, a difficulty is the cause of worry. If you don't want to risk worrying, don't think of a difficulty.
