Few thousands years ago, there was a buddhist monk who always bowed down to everybody he met, old, young, good, bad people, to show his unconditional love and respect to everybody. When he bowed in front of them, he said;" i dare not despise you. You will become Buddha." People threw stones at him, chased him away, calling him crazy monk. He ran away , but kept turning back to say that they will become buddha. When he got old and about to leave this planet earth, he ascended to the sky and preached buddhism to them. Now those people knew who he truly was...., a real enlightened monk. This is a true story. That monk is one of the past life of Matreiya Buddha, the fat buddha who sits and smiles with 5 children around him. I think our respect for people should not depend on their good sanskars and karmas only, but we respect them unconditionally because of our compassion and wisdom knowing that everybody need love, understanding and respect, knowing that everybody is buddha to be. Like sister Shivani said that we respect others as our level of acceptance increase, not dependent on people's vibrations that we perceive because they might have some good sanskars, good vibrations that we do not perceive. Just like we do not focus on good vibrations of nature, stones, river, trees because our mind is cluttered. Jesus said he came to save sinners, not the righteous. What credit is there if He love good people and discard sick people? It is sick people who need love, salvation, respect. I cry when watching this video. One of the most compassionate video. After all, we are all after loving kindness. So, let us learn to see buddha nature in everybody. Then we can see their light behind their darkness. Then we can help our brothers and sisters move higher on the spiritual journey. God bless you all.
