One Day= 24Hrs= 24*60=1440Mins= 86400Secs A) Sleep + Relaxation+ Eating= 10Hrs= 600Mins= 36000secs B) Study-------- 1. If Office open then, 4-6Hrs= 240Mins to 360Mins 2. If Office close then, 12-14Hrs= 720Mins to 840Mins C) Monthly Hours 1. 5*4=20Days Office= 4×20 to 6*20= 80Hrs to 120Hrs 2. 10 Days Home= 10*12=120Hrs. Mine 30 Days Time Schedule Following since April 2019.
