Do Stuff With Your Hair: Tigi: Manipulator 

I currently use this Tigi product and it works magic. It is very manipulative in that it allows you to form your style w/o drying to a rock hard finish. Your hair will still be flexible yet the style or texture you make it into will hold up to 8 hours or more. Low shine, matte finish. I have blk thick hair and it almost looks like a slight greyish/blue flat matte finish. Smells good and females love the coconutish hawaiian scent too, truely a babe mag. You really pay for what you get sometime!

My hair is probably 10 times bushier! :) I actually stopped using shampoo because it isn't really that healthy for your hair or scalp! It's not so different from using dishsoap. Since many hair products have non-water soluble silicones in them, people need detergents to wash them out. I now wash my scalp using a silicone free conditioner and my hair is so much better. I just stick to styling products that are silicone free.

@Hilija I've sort of mentioned it in a few vids... I don't really have a hair cut. I've been cutting it myself for a few years now! I have a bit of a phobia of the hairdressers because every time I go and say I want a little trim I end up with a short back-and-sides which makes me look like 14 year old with a tiny head! I wouldn't recommend it... I've messed it up more times than you'd think possible... Luckily my hair is all over the place anyway so it doesn't really matter.

I think my hairstylist uses this on my short hair, i recognise the tub! I just bought this and i cant wait to use it myself! (i am a girl btw) love your vids Jim! :)

I'm a girl with very short hair, and I've used this before - it worked great, but unfortunately I was allergic to it and got a massive skin reaction all along my hair line! TIGI stuff in general is super good though, I like a lot of their other stuff.

@BellaSC Not at all... I actually quite like the feel once it's in your hair... You can tell it's there but it doesn't feel heavy or crispy.

jim my fiance has an awful time shaving especially around the neck its like someones got a thousand needles and stabbed him all over his neck he bleeds pretty bad too ...............can you recommend anything please i feel so bad for him cause it looks sooooo sore

Belive me!My hair is a bush!After 3 hours and a half of straightening with the straightener just then my hair was straight but not at all!

TeeGee? I always pronounced it "Tiggy" ... Ooo-eer! I have a question - what do you do with the rest of the product if you only use if for a week or so and then use something else the next week. Do you just have tons of barely used tubs of things? Isn't it expensive? I ask because I review stuff on my blog (not hair stuff) but I can't afford a new product each week. Thanks!

my boyfriend has a lot of hair all around his head but its thinning kind of on th etop do you suggest a style or cut i can do on him ( yes idk why he lets me cut his hair too it doesnt come out bad haha)

@mmariehenry372 It doesn't bother her... I don't see myself as some incredibly good-looking guy anyway so it just sort of goes right over my head! It's lovely to hear though and it's very flattering that all these lovely people say it all the time. Tan doesn't mind at all... She likes it for some reason. But I don't get jealous when men say it her either... I think we are just really secure with each other.

Hi Jim, I have a question to ask. I have a brother who is 14 and likes to wash his hair in wax which he buys from Boots I think, not sure which brand! Is there a professional brand and a product you'd recommend which wouldn't damage his hair and that is easy to work with? Thank you.

i've bought this and it works really well. unfortunately i don't like the smell at all (i've asked friends because i thought it's just me, but no). it smells really strong and really weird, like bubble gum, gummy bear with coconut, lol. i can't use it because the smell is so strong and annoys me all day. it's rather girly, not manly at all :/

Hi, I have really fine blonde medium ish length hair. Whenever I get it the way I want before going to school which is usually a textureized fringe and sides, the problem I have is that when i walk out of the house it looks like I havent done anything at all to it. Any ideas aon how to make it stay?
