The post WWDC 2023 DokkanFest is here and it's Android 17 & 18 from the Tournament of Power. I was really excited reading their kit but actually playing with them? A whole other story...

3 or 4. I think people are being too critical. Just because a unit cant dominate in the hardest event doesnt mean they're bad. Sure they have flaws however every character does. Also I think people are too focused on the tournament category. Like if you add them to a AGL vegito team along with bulma the whole team is way stronger than before. They are pretty much a great value kid goku/bulma hybrid

We all saw the passive and on paper it look great, but on practice they are kinda disappointing, I hope part 2 is a crazy U7 Goku that help them to be more consistent, maybe an orb changer? I just prey they get help and we dont end up with another random Super Buu...

I'd prefer a G.O.D Toppo, Hit, Kefla, or Anilaza, because the only T.O.P Goku left they can pull from is UI Omen 1, and I rather that be saved for something bigger than a part 2 LR But we all know the Part 2 LR is going to be Rildo, so its no use hoping for something from T.O.P.

It’s on the Japanese version of the game, if turles is the current banner you’re on global. On android you can download jp straight up, iOS is a bigger process though
