@@SetiKtMany great fanny players like to prioritise levelling up S1. You should only do it if you know you are efficient with your cables and don't waste more energy than needed. Hence newbie fanny players should level up s2.
A simple rule for leveling up priority skills is, if one skill has reduced cooldown for every level up but the other doesn’t then its better to upgrade the one that reduces cooldown. An easy example is Alucard, his 1st skill for every upgrade reduces its cooldown while his 2nd skill doesn’t. And another rule, is which skill is a “utility” while the other is “main dmg”. I used to always only upgrade Roger’s 2nd skill thinking I would be both be able to run to places faster and attack faster, but since thats only utility, his dmg on his 1st skill will b lower. Noticing it, that u should always upgrade which is the “main dmg” skill. This would be a different case for tanks and supports however. Just remember these 2 rules when checking which skill you should upgrade first.
@@curiusrandom better to upgrade s1, cuz it reduces cd and dmg with every level up, and since its ur only dash skill, u never know when u need it to escape or chase so its better if that skill is on low cd as possible. Meanwhile upgrading s2 only increases the dmg of it and not reduce the cd of it, while dmg does increase its dmg, it wont change the cd of the skill, hence ur dmg output wont be as frequent compared to when upgrade s1
Leveling up spawn is more beneficial, as you increase magic power spawn stats, and therefore overall damage from the spawn; basic attacks and even mind eater of the spawn will be increased too, leveling it up makes your spawn more durable it lowers cd of this skill, which is really important. Upgrading mind eater will add you damage just from this skill and nothing else, zhask's burst comes from his basic attacks anyways.
@@potential.021 only if you build him with attack speed his burst will come from basic attack but if you build him with burst items like i do then his burst comes from his second skill
@@potential.021 "since I'm the type to play him like a burst mage" I only prio the Dominator's Descent then Mind Eater then Nightmaric spawn and his useless hive clones for the final levels
@@invokerplays2170 another reason i don't build AS on Zhask is that it's satisfying when one hit enemies think they escaped only for my ult to jet lag it's 2-3k magic damage into them lol
Also when it comes to skill upgrade priority many people are confused about Esme. They prioritize her first skill which has stable cd on all levels to have more shield, but second skill should be prioritized as its cd gets reduced with each level and thus offers more frequent skill spams. Also, after I fully upgraded my second skill, I would prioritize my first skill over my ultimate cz shield matters more than damage
I usually decide the priority based on the damage of some skills, although my Julian has to upgrade every three levels, but I think I should stop. I will choose which priority 1, 2, or 3 depending on the situation.
For Julian I personally suggest going for his skill 1 mostly because of the high damage scaling for each upgrade.Obviously can change depending on which skill you use the most Currently for his build I like to use the new replacement for calamity reaper (forgot it's name-) and feather of heaven which makes him a basic attack based hero.I also use divine glaive and glowing wand for tankier heroes.
For kadita, I seem to prefer getting her 2nd skill first to safely farm from a distance, then prioritize her 1st and ultimate after that. Idk if that's right but it's how I've been doing it
I like the first skill more because it's a faster wave clear skill and you can become immune to CC or reposition yourself if necesarry. But in the end it's down to personal preference and if you feel better with the 2nd skill first it's totally fine
Thank you for the tips. I've been playing a lot of rounds in ml and I just do random things on emblems and abilities and stuffs. This helped me understand more about builds and abilities balancing
Sea halberd is actually good choice for mm now, in my opinion since most mm have lower hp than a mage (which goes till 4k at max unless hp items) so it's passive can be abused, high physical attck, life drain effect and 20% attck speed. It's great item for hanabi she has 3.6 k hp at max so i can use that passive against other mm too😵.
The 8% extra dmg passive only applies to extra HP from items and emblems, not pure total HP, so the passive doesn't trigger against other MMs unless they build defence even if the enemy's s base HP is higher. But it's a solid counter to most magic heroes (since a lot more magic items give HP than physical items), hybrid/tank physical heroes, and squishy heroes who build Immortality in the late game (including MMs) since it gives +800HP.
I think I'm in the top 5% 😅 I played mlbb everyday since 2019. Not just that, I also learn from RU-vid, Analysis item, Draft pick, meta heros every season also the leader of the team ( take responsible for my teammates). With great power comes with great responsibility
Hey I’m a new player, been playing for about 3 weeks I think and I’ve been enjoying the game, and playing a lot of ranked. I just got to Legend 5, any tips?
I keep seeing Angela and Hanabi on my rank games, weirdly enough most autolock them at the first 2 picks for red and both use aegis And thats why having a pocket esmeralda pick whenever those two get autolock turns the tide in your favor, Heck as an esme u get tankier the moment they use aegis and You steal it from them 😂😂
Martis is better with skill 2 maxed out why bc he needs to dominate early to mid game as hes useless late game so to maximize his chance to dominate the skill 2 is better cuz he can quickly dive in and dive out of a gank as he doesnt have the time to cast his skill 1 plus his skill 2 gave him anti cc, cc, and dmg reduction which is very crucial in early game to dominate
Personally speaking with alice, i play her with multiple mana items and sometimes even full mage jungle, so for me not leveling her ultimate is just missed out damage. Good for exp tho.
tanks keep building Dom Ice in early game when there are no explicit regen heroes like alice, angela, esmeralda etc. or sometimes they will build everything BUT Dom Ice if there are regen heroes. 😭
when playing my main lolita, i prioritize her first skill, and my second skill if they have an attack speed hero, and the ult when its available since her ult shines truly in chasing
As a Martis main the passive is infinite you just wait for your cd example you use your 1st and 2nd hold your 2nd skill then wait for the passive if about to end use your 2nd and your 1st skill is back do that repeatedly infinite passive i use this for faster farming and for lowering ppls hp for ult just make sure good eye on passive tho
Hi! I have a question. How do you get the ennemies heros heads on the right next the the skills? (To click there and focus the hero you want in a team fight)
3:02 Isn't the two reverse? Melissa's 2nd is the one who gets less mana consumption per level, not her first skill, which will make 3:07 more understandable.
i usually pick the skill that has low cooldown but if the hero is like irithel where skill 1 and 2 is the same 10 second cool down i pick the one that has more range
also fun fact about hanabi she is great for a certain 2 items first is rosegold second is the expensive magic wings i forgot the name but the wings that gave you shield and plus angela plus aegis shield plus the first immunity she can be a monster
2:57 uh, i think you have the skills mixed up here on the picture. upping the dash *increases* mana usage and upping the voodoo *decreases* mana usage.... at least that's what i see on the in-game skill chart.
For me Johnson is my main I always put first my skill one then if I'm level three will put a skill point on my skill 2 and then skill three I always put my point on skill 1 cause I really need it for faster to stun my enemy if there running away and I always put last skill point on my skill 2 and I always put skill points every 4,8,12 lvls so I can regenerate my ult fast enough and my first item is always fleeting time to make my ult fast
The reasons why tough boots are arguably THE BEST BOOTS early on are the early protection against magic damage, which is higher early on; and the CC time reduction. The magic defense is why mages buy arcane boots against you.
Skill upgrade is the easiest for Roger and Selena, since their ultimate is just transforming. but due to Roger also has damage on his ultimate, I suggest to not be lazy, get the kill with your claw instead and don't be lazy
ML Guide. Okay. I'm a support main here. While yes. I agree to you that supports need magic items because it scales with magic power. But what a support needs is some defense. Which is a hybrid build. In my Floryn, Angela or any healing supports. Both have Enchanted Talisman. Due to them being able to spam their skills. Usually. I have Enchanted Talisman and Fleeting time. Next would be tough boots. Less CC time. As you don't need anymore CDR, attack speed or anything else for that matter. The rest can either be Bloodwings or Holy Crystal. One item can be Oracle as to increase your healing to yourself. Making you be survive more attacks. By healing yourself even better. Especially with the healing effect from support emblem. Dominance Ice. To survive against some melee damage. Assassins in particular will think that you are squishy. A reduction in damage would help. And it is already a passive ongoing effect compared to Necklace of Durance skill damage effect. 3 seconds. Probably not a problem for angela or Rafaela. In a team fight. You will be almost be within range of enemies. So why not affect all of them rather than one of them. Immortality would be a waste as it wouldn't have you survive long enough to escape. As people always just wait and attack you again. You know this as the truth of the item. It will not work unless you are a tank with high HP. Full magic item is not that effective as you will be squishy. Tank build will make you last longer but will have poor supporting ability due to the lack of utility other than high defense. Hybrid build enables you to do some damage while staying alive longer.
If I use Martis in rank, I never prioritize his 1st. Skill animation is slower than his 2nd, so in a clutch situation, the higher damage from his 2nd and instant animation makes it easier to survive. That's my logic, anyways.
So actually, I was wondering why nobody uses concentrated energy with alice. I mean, it is basically custom made for her, since she gets more spell vamp each time her ult does damage and she gets more magic damage at max stacks. And it gives alot of hp too. Isn't that basically a perfect item for her then? After all it allows her to stay in teamfights even longer
I think it's due to her not actually benefitting from it? I don't play alice a lot but I usually get the mana shoes and ice cream wand then tank items. She has naturally good lifesteal so it's better to have more defenses to make it harder for enemies to tear through you. It doesn't deal a lot of magic damage so the additional magic lifesteal doesn't add much
hey ML Guide, i had this really messed up situation lately. it's about a match where we all balance and nothing to complain about, the real thing is that their build path are completely wrong. Like how do they managed to kill etes without any of these anti-heal items? Im the only one who knows what to do but they decided to go full Ooga booga without it. we even lost that match because 4 of my idiots teammates didnt have the right item to counter it. Like is this normal? does some people thinks anti-heal items are useless? Am i the caveman who thinks anti-heal items are good>???
I was thinking about Cecilion, is it better to upgrade first skill or do not upgrade them at the start and have lower dmg but also lower mana usage? Cause Bat Impact + 30 dmg but cost 50 more mana and so on. Meanwhile it gets stacks for every bat attack. So you can kinda do 3 bat impacts instead of 2 which would give up to 3 stacks more which is + 30 mana, no?
2:26 technically false. You don't have to keep his passive up 24/7. It gets tedious and getting ambushed will be a more SERIOUS problem. If you don't have it immediately.
I don't agree with the claude one, while yes The golden demon scythe trio is good for him, it's not always the best Per say if the enemy has many Squishies i recommend using Atk speed boots Scarlet phantom Berserker fury Dhs (use this for last, not really needed since squishy) Malefic roar Wind chant/rose gold/immo
If the enemy has a lot of squishies, I suggest playing crit MM. If all MMs play crit, what is the significance of the official invention of trinity, plus there are some players like Karrie, Wanwan and Melissa who are very good without crit. In addition, Claude's ultimate paired with Golden Demon Scythe will have greater benefits, after all, his ultimate triggers ATK Effects and Lifesteal.
Yu zhong 1st skill, lapu lapu 1st skill, fredrine 1st skill(hyping), 2nd skill (roaming), arlott 2nd skill, and xavier 1st and 2nd divided equally prioritising ult... Thats for me
I’m pretty sure the reason why he couldn’t use Sprint it’s because if I remember correctly Minsiter prevent you from using blink and movement speed increasing skills. Double check this if I’m wrong. 👁👄👁
As a old vale main i start with 1st skill then lvl up 2 times the 2nd skill so you can have the blue 2nd enchancement while having your ult. Then prioritize ult then 1st then 2nd. I lvl up the 1st skill first for the damage
@@SetiKt Nah the anime i mean I've been spoiled about what happened in the manga but mannn the amount of memes that i don't know if it's real or not 💀💀
