What ever she saying is true. CURRENTY i am recruiting in toronto for an IT QA engineer. For one vacancy, i got 712 resumes. Its impossible to shortlist. But i already talked to 20 people and all are reject. Few issues i faced 1) fake resume/fake experience 2) lack of preparation 3) all resume look same 4) gemeric resume 5) using help while interview(chatgpt or others ) 6) outdated resume 7)Never ever send email directly to hiring manager. They all hate it. I hate ro see direct request in outlook every mornimg. I usually spam them. 8) dont be desperate. Instead prepare for interview. 9) we even caught lipsyncing during interview

Social economic divide is very high in Canada , that means 2/3rd of net income is hold by 20% population.. Housing is another story.. So issue in it is even if you brought a house you be in chain for the next straight 20-30yrs.. This can only be solved by pumping more international students to canada and increase the money flow..

I would suggest go for any certifications which are required for those job sector. Or do some internship. Otherwise you will be a considered as a fresher with no zero previous experience.
