I can feel the back muscles stretching and admit the m over time it w will strengthen it. It's difficult when then are side and not to put more strain in the lower back. Amen and thank you 🙏🏼 ❤❤❤
Those are great exercises, I did all those exercises when I was younger. Unfortunately after my mother death and my divorce, I stop doing exercises. Couple times I tried to go back to exercise, but I give up. If you do it it really works. Thank you 🙏
I am planning to do this exercise every morning as I can, but I want advice you not to give up, divorcing is not mean life ending, you are living still.

i use a pushrim wheelchair, this is great for ab strength to hold myself upright seated all day, to loosen my arms before i leave, and to stretch my hips that often feel stuck in a seated position.
These are great. It would be very helpful if you did a pop out window, a thumbnail of the movement that’s coming up because a few seconds are wasted on just understanding what to do with your body rather than actually doing it. Thank you.
