Wow !! This mogra flower is sweet smelling 😌 I love this flower and fortunately I have lots of mogra plants 😄 all over my garden and I am enjoying the blooms😊 neve used any fertilizer yet ,but they are growing very well ,, very hardy plant😄
@Monti Dutta, Yah, Jasmine is great...one another plant that I love is - Night Queen, nice and strong fragrance :-) You have lots of Mogra plants? Time to ROB them then 😄😄😄😄 Be careful Monti..ha ha..Agree with you, very hardy plant and doesn't need too much fertilize. However, I fertilize them at this time as leaves turn yellow..Thank you for watching the video :-)
@I am just me, Thank you so so much :-) Yah, you would love growing Jasmine 😃😃😃 Another plant that you can grow is Night Queen, extremely fragrant plant :-)
@I am just me, almost same but in extreme hot, please try to protect from mid-day heat or afternoon sunlight. Arabian Jasmine can tolerate whole day of Sunlight, but not Night Queen. Thank you 😊

@Christina Peña, Most welcome and Thank You So So Much for your words, appreciate it :-) Just today I uploaded the video & if you like to see the result, here you can find it - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4dMiQHumZbU.html I should have uploaded much earlier though :-(
Hello, Insightful video, this is! How tall would both Arabian Jasmine and traditional Mogra (Motia) plants grow when planted in ground? Would like your answer on this question. Thanks in advance.
@ammu's kitchen, Most welcome Ma'am and thank you so much for the feedback, much appreciated :-) Please feel free to call my by my name - Chandan, thank you :-)
Hi! thank you for this video. I just would like to ask when can I fertilize my Jasmine if it was overfertilized a month ago with banana peel juice. It only has one stem with 9 leaves. I thought another stem would come out because of little green bud coming out of the main branch but when I watered it with banana peel juice, the bud dried. I am planning to re-pot it to a loam soil with garden soil. can I put complete fertilizer as soon as I repotted it? Thank you in advance. This is the only Jasmine I have, I'd been trying to save this because its the grand duke and I really love it's big blossoms.
Sir,i hv one query ,i had repotted mogra cuttings last month.within 1 months it has developed 3 small leaves but after that there is no new shoots ,no growth on its leaves.pls suggest.neither it has died.Tiny shoots seen there is no growth further.
@Haidar Rosyid, Thank you So much for your words, appreciate it :-) I just uploaded a video and if you want to see the result, here you can see - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4dMiQHumZbU.html Thank you again and TC :-)
@Christine Bories, Thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much, appreciate it :-) Epsom salt is good for plants and it provides the magnesium to plants. Magnesium is required to give leaves their green color and thus helps in photosynthesis process.
Hi,seen this video. Now going straight to report my mogra plant. 1 request, whenever you are saying " at this time " , please mention the month too. It is not necessary that a viewer is watching the clip in that month/ time. Thank you. God bless you
@Archana Madhusudhan, I can understand...Unfortunately, I don't see any homemade alternatives :-( After doing research, found that there are few alternatives but I am unable to recommend them as I haven't tested myself so far :-( Anyway, it's okay if you apply it after some days...
I followed the advice on this video and I got a lot of buds but they did not blossom, they got brown and dry inside and fell off, why? any advice please?
Sir, I have a mogra plant which I recently bought from nursery. one day after watering I noticed a big worm in the soil which I removed instantly. next. morning I saw my. plant was infected something like small webs were forming on the new shoots and buds. leaves started curling. I have applied neem oil spray twice (only.neem oil and water) but it keeps reappearing. this is damaging my growth of the plant. today a bud blossmed hut only half. and leaves are dropping. what should I do. please help. also these potted in garden soil. by the nursery. they never added cocopeat, bonemeal or seaweed. I added vermicompost about 10 days but other 3 ingredients are still. missing. how do I add them now my plant is already in stress and is a small. plant reporting may not be advisable as this stage. please guide
@Mithu's World, Can understand...You can apply Banana peel liquid fertilizer like @Happy Gardening mentioned. You can soak the Banana peel in water for 3-4 days and then apply on your plant. Or else, if you have either DAP or NPK at present, you can use that. Even if you don't add anything at present, changing the soil would be more than enough. Then, you can use the rest things after 3rd May. I hope, that's okay. Thank you :-)
@@samar7362 I think G.U. previously mentioned, also you can do the same with potato peelings as you can with banana skins ....to use as home-made liquid fertilizer .
Hi, I hv seen yr rooting deffenbachia video. Like this another person shown snake plant also. But when I experimented with snake plant it started rotting in water. So I am worried about deffenbachia also. I hv a small piece of this plant with roots but to grow this piece can I put it in water. Pls advice
@Gopa Dutta, Thank you for watching the video :-) Yeah, you can definitely put in in water or grow directly in soil as it already has roots. In soil, it would grow much faster. For SNAKE plant propagation in water, I have already done one video as well. In that video, you would see 5 of the easiest succulent to propagate. Here is the video link - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nyglD7YEC-E.html
@@GardeningUpbeat the piece of the plant is very small say 1.5 inch so I am thinking it wl grow or not . It is small because I hv to cut it at this position because it had a fungal attack. I want to show u the pic . If u share yr contact no. Pls
@Gopa Dutta, Okay...then you can keep in water for time being n when you see new growth, can transplant to soil. Also, please don't add to much water. Sorry, I don't use whatsapp much. But, you can contact me via Instagram here - instagram.com/gardeningupbeat Thank you 🙂
@Mukul Kumar, You would need to use Insecticide. For organic, you can use Neem oil and dose would be - 5-7 ml Neem Oil + 4-5 ml light hand wash and then mix them in 1 liter water. If you are okay with using Chemical pesticide, then you can use either Rogor or Roket. Both are extremely powerful and dose would be - Max 1 ml in 1 liter water. If you don't have any at your home, collecting them at this time would be difficult because of lockdown. So, you can make a spray using Garlic and Chilly. Here is one of my old video showing how you can prepare it - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NuMzYzsxlOA.html I have used Ghost Chilly, but you can use any powerful Chilly. One request - I would appreciate if you don't call me Sir, thank you :-)
Yellowing look like salt built up in your pot . it happens mainly in potted plant. may be i am wrong .may i know where is this place what is climate here . You shouldn't have blocked that drain hole with stone . always water in a way that atleast half of the water drains out if fertilizers are used . Every chemical component must drain out after a period as chemicals changes its composition after a period which plants cant use and can harm.
@ammu's kitchen, Look like you have got the other variety which is known as - Grand Duke of Tuscany. This variety doesn't grow bushier, instead it grows like a vine. But anyway, it's also powerfully fragrant :-)
@Jayanta Basumatary, Very sorry for late response...You can use Super Phosphate, but it's chemical :-( There are other organic alternatives but not easily available in our place:-( Like - Soyabean meal, rock phosphate etc. I am also looking for an easy alternative and if I get, definitely I would let you know. Thank you :-)
@Jayanta Basumatary, As per studies, Eggshells actually contain calcium, sulfur, magnesium and potassium. So, definitely powdered Eggshells would help any plants but won't provide the Phosphorus which bone meal provides. Many people also just crack Eggshells and use around the plants. It doesn't help any as Eggshells take quite a long time to decompose. If you want to make the Eggshell powder, plz be careful as smell is horribly bad :-( Anyway, if you can't use any, using Vermicompost would be fine as it contains both Phosphorus and Potassium in small amount.
@Priyanshi Jaiswal, Chandni is known as - Crepe Jasmine...In Hindi, Arabian Jasmine is Mogra and it's a fragrant plant but Crepe Jasmine is not fragrant :-)
Sir this is a request to first teach us the potting method, bcos diff plants need diff. Soil type, everybody does not hv this knowledge. This is imp. Then u can proceed with other things.Thank you
@Saima Ansari, For almost all videos, I show everything...here also I have shown the Potting soil mix I used and also shown while repotting...If you have any questions, let me know and I would appreciate if you don't call me Sir, thank you :-)
@Sahil Sahni, Sorry, it got missed. Actually, RU-vid doesn't send any notification for Nested comment and so sometimes few comments get missed, specially the 2nd comment. There is no option to filter those comments as well :-( I am from Guwahati (Assam). Thank you :-)
