A video which clearly highlights a session where i kept persisting and casting until i finally was rewarded right before the sun setted! Thanks for watching! #prawnlure #sydney #landbasedfishing
Good clip FWMF . That rig is basically the only one I use when fishing soft plastics . Rarely do i use jigheads ! 👍✔🎣 an offset worm hook and a size 0 sinker .
Nice brother love that excitement in ya voice..mad. Thats the feeling we chase aiy. I reckon if you go into a sesh not being optimistic or even too excited or in a rush it throws the energy off. Good on ya mate keep grindin . I tried similar lately with ball sinker in my loop knot for a lil more distance on the cast lil fine tuning it'll take but hard to beat a light natural fall. Fluro ✌🏽
Used to chase Perch around the central coast, was getting what i thought were some good models until the owner of the local tackle world told me about an EP caught just down the road that want almost 60cm and estimated 5kg and had a photo to back it up lol.. Absolutely ridiculous fish!
Btw mick where you were fishing right in front is a large fallen tree that’s why you get snagged so many times if you cast towards the right more you’ll find you get snagged less
I fish Clone Prawns a lot in Yamba. Weighted worm hooks are best. I’ve actually had more luck rigging them head first but in theory tail first is correct. Whatever works I guess. FYI, they aren’t as effective as Zman PrawnZ. This I know!!
It's funny when I saw the Clone Prawn I was like you could not get a more realistic presentation in a soft plastic, and when you have them side by side with the PrawnZ the prolure one looks a lot more realistic BUT for whatever reason I feel like the zman one just gets more hits. I tried airing the prolure ones out as I find they have a 'chemical' smell when fresh out of the packet.
