Easiest thing in the world, eat food closest to nature (eggs, apples, beef, chicken, fish, cook for yourself. Stay away from man made/processed so called food and go workout at least 3 times+ per week. A gym is not required, go for a walk. Drink whole milk, water, tea, coffee with or without organic creamer, no sugar or sweeteners. Get off yer behinds and move that body. Watching TV, RU-vid for hours won't do it.
It’s very interesting to do experiments on yourselves even if it’s short term. See what you can achieve the sacrifices you need to get there. Good on you Max! Great interview too

Wow, what I liked the most about this talk was it was very balanced. I read Genius foods about a year and a half a go and have since been more selective of foods, but to Joey's point it's important to remember everything is a balance in life and sometimes taking time to enjoy food (or "cheat") is just as important

His advice is too complex.... Cannot be asked. I dont count calories and lose weight easily on high fat..meat...dairy and eggs and butter on two meals a day.
