I have one for you i call this the +20 So you start off with 20 pound dribbles then you go to, 20 in n outs, then 20 v dribbles, then 20 punch and drag reps. After that do 40 then 60 i stop at 60 but you can go to 100
also if you have a driveway and a basketball that’s all you really need literally just run full speed up your driveway and back with ONLY left hand and when your coming back if you have goal score make a left hand layup GAME SPEED
After i do the +20 i do 100 high dribbles(at your shoulder), 100 mids ( above your knees), 100 lows (below your knees) then I do the in n outs, v dribbles, so an and so forth
Key for workouts is to be consistent so if your gonna do this make a plan of when your gonna do it and how much sets of it and make sure it’s reasonable
