I am 22 and don't have insta. I have no problems because of that in terms of dating or friendships. In fact I think it improved my social life in the real world because I actually have to talk to people and now know who are my real friends. My current partner also doesnt use insta and we have a very healthy relationship compared to some of my friends 🤷🏾♀️. If you are a loser now, insta wont change that lol
