Thanks. I am going with 5,3,2,4,6,1 order, Week 3: Race 1 (twice). Repeat workouts doing long versions, then Week 6: Race 2 (twice) My coach says the 2 and 8 minute efforts should tell you what the 5 should be.
Great video, thank you. There's a lot of of thought has obviously gone into the planning of the workout order, next level organisation compared to your average Zwifter. I think an argument could actually be made for performing the workouts in the exact opposite order to that you have posted. Given that top-end and sprint power is the first to fade under fatigue, then you could argue for front-loading the workouts that require maximal CNS freshness and minimal muscular fatigue. I think this would be especially true for amateur riders with less flexibility in scheduling and who may find it necessary to fit in the workouts around other commitments, perhaps doing two or more workouts on back to back days or in close succession.
