Hey my loves! Have you seen the progress in thickness of your hair during your hair journey? Thickness does not come over night but over time you will see the progress! Keep in mind, you hair may never get as thick as mine or your favorite hair guru and THATS OKAY ! Strive to reach your OWN hairs fullest potential and I promise you will love it there too❤️
How long does it take for you to see fullness? I just started my journey at the end of November. I do see pieces that are growing out at my roots. I guess new hairs are forming in these areas. They are about 1.5 inches long.
I agree. Taking the time out for your hair and being consistent works. When your hair is happy it will look the way you want it to look. Thanks for this.

Hey yall, I’m a newly relaxed girl. I’ve been relaxed for 2 months now, but I’m shedding A LOT OF HAIR. I have been doing tea rinses for the past 3 weeks, and doing protein treatments but it is still shedding… Can you guys please give me tips on what I can do?… The protein has helped, my hair isn’t dry, I moisturise it a lot, but even then it sheds a lot. I don’t straighten it, I don’t manipulate it. I leave it in a bobble all day and only comb once a day. 😕
Stop protein treatments. Lol! I did the very same thing, and ended up with protein overload. To correct it wash with a clarifying shampoo. Then use moisturize based conditioner. Ensure your leave ins don’t have protein either. Shoot for moisture. I recently had to cut off inches because I was using too much protein.
Try bond Plex to seal the bonds of your hair also don't do the same thing when you wash day also change the product brand maybe does not match with your hair type!
So...been natural for a while but it's just been a fail so I'm thinking about texlaxibg but want to do it myself. My main fear is having thin, limp hair. My hair isn't very dense to begin with! Do you recommend I get the texlax done professionally? If I do it at home, do you have any tips or have you done a video on it? 😬
Absolutely go to a professional if your don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself. If your hair isn’t very dense then texturizing will definitely give you more of a full look and it’s healthier.
Meanwhile I'm over here with SUPER thick natural hair. I'm gonna relax it next month after I take down my braids. The natural hair bandwagon was good while it lasted but now my hair just causes me unnecessary stress, pain and frustration
Thank you for this video. I've always wondered why I have so many short hair all around and barely see any breakage when I comb my hair out. I mostly saw long strands shedding. That thought never crossed my mind. I wanted to know if you have any suggestions on what hair brush I can use for my thick hair? I need something that can get to my scalp. I bought a paddle with soft boars bristles, but it doesn't get to my scalp.
Yes many people don’t consider that but it’s definitely something everyone should take into consideration. If your seeing lots of shedding then combating that with a tea rinse could be helpful. As far as a good brush I use a paddle brush and like I said I use it on straight hair. That’s kind of the only time I’m able to get to my scalp really good lol maybe look for one with longer bristles but make sure the bristles have round balls on them to prevent scalp irritation, cuts, or scrapes
My hair is damaged and falling out from the roots it has in straightener and its damaged bad do I have to cut it .I don't want to but if I have to I will try to get it cut
