I’d love to hear about how you guys progressed your power clean. Like what cues you give yourself, what held you back in the past (you mentioned form but maybe digging a little deeper). Great stuff as usual guys!! 🏀 💥

Can’t speak on anyone else but I know Donovan didn’t really do cleans until quite recently

I had a dunk session today on 9'11.25, wasn't able to get anything crazy off 1 foot but consistently dunked it. Was pretty happy considering my legs were shot. Keen to keep progressing. Question, how come we have good and bad jump days? Some days I literally have 3 inches more on my vert than others.

performance in jumping has a ton of variables. a big one is obviously fatigue, but there's also rim height, court (slippery/not), people watching / not watching, indoor / outdoor, sleep, and then just how you're feeling on any given day. the biggest thing that you have to remember is that 50% of your jump sessions are simply going to be below average. no real way to avoid it if you're training to get better. the most important thing is just showing up every day and giving everything you have that relative to that day

@@DunkTalkPod Very well said, I'll remember that ☝ I am keeping at it, been training consistently for just over a month. I don't have a vertec so it's tricky to measure my vertical progress
