These kind of follow along videos are the best, Lovee how man makes this workout doable if you're a beginner, intermediate, or elite like a man, I've been doing the first 8 min plank video although not very consistent but I can already do this one without rest, Keep it up Mad Lovee, were all on our way into having the best physique out of our lives, a heart from Chris shall get me even more motivated ❤❤

6'8 and 260 with quite a bit of fat on top of muscle still and knocked it out without rest so anyone can do it. Pain is perspective, so fight through it folks.
Today is day one of doing this 7-24-2024 Hold plank 1min✅ Shoulder shrug plank (needs a little work) Side plank each 30 sec ✅ Reverse plank needs a lot of work Plank i did for 30sec Day 2 (7-25-2024) High plank 1 minute ✅ Plank shrugs I just practice shoulder shrugs Side plank each ✅ Reverse plank trying to build the strength to do it that way Plank hold 30 seconds
I know I'm late for winning some Heria apparel but I'm the guy that drove two days from up north east Italy to Monopoli for just a chance to take a picture with you. Thanks Chris! I'm gonna start doing this for Saturdays since I'm doing abs on Saturdays in the gym, I need to workout my abs, have a good diet and just cardio, and I'll be doing all 3 of them to get lean asap and reach my goals

Just made it with a 10 min run warmup previously... And it feels great. I'm gonna try to keep it 1 per day. And keep with the normal routines during the day.
fuck - i´m about to turn 53, never a big sports/gym guy, not fat, never did a plank in my life and i almost did the whole thing in one go! i only struggled with balance on the side planks. i´m a plank guy apparently. crazy haha

Hey Chris I’m an incoming freshman trying to get a stronger core. I just have a question on form I’ve always been taught to keep as straight as possible while planking. But I notice you round your back instead is that to engage the core more or if not then what’s the purpose?
