@@swatityagi6235 Honestly, it's an ongoing battle. Some days I succeed and some days I don't. Byy yeah basically I try to realise mind is simply doing its job. So let it throw thoughts and let me just don't pay attention to it. And sometime I try to go still like switch off completely.
True I used to do that when I wake up I pause and not rush, it helped me take it slow for a moment and I get back to reality instead of rushing into my day

I don’t know what it is but I’ve tried many videos and nothing seems to help. It’s hard to explain but I don’t know what emotion it is. It could be scared, depressed, anxious, I don’t know but it’s a feeling where like I’m going to be me forever and like I can’t tell like if I’m just a pawn for something bigger. I am a Christian so I believe in god but I feel a sensation that makes me want to cry when I think of staying me for eternity and the thought that nobody can think what I think and for all I know the people reading this might not even be real. I’ve been looking for an answer or a way to get it treated and I can’t go to therapy because I can’t drive yet and I can’t ask my parents because if I asked something like that they would be worried and stressed and they already are so I don’t want to add to that. If you guys can give me an answer or a way to treat it myself I would appreciate it.
Watching your brushing teeth example, I realised I use to brush teeth under shower. Means I don't even allow a second between 2 activities. Definitely going to apply what you've suggested from tomorrow morning itself. Simple informative and clear video and content. Kudos for the work.
When we watch our favourite movie .. we stop over thinking .. when we play game or when we watch short reels .. or any Brain game .. it’s help lot or you can call anyone of ur friend and chitchat .. see how u come out from this over thinking .. it’s really works 😊 take care ..
No, when I don’t keep myself busy is when my mind starts going everywhere. If I take even 15 seconds letting go of my focus and drive to do what I’m doing I’ll be stuck in another storm of thoughts. I can tell because I tried.

Just do this Whenever you're thinking, be awake that you're thinking. Imean if you're thinking, uk that you're thinking so u can stop your thinking. Thinking is the root cause of sadness, suffering. You can get many ideas in "don't believe in everything you think" book
