Thanks for the tips BUT - it appears that - on the plant that had grown 3 or 4 new babies at the top - a whole lot more had been removed from the top center than you removed. Which way is correct? Also, once the babies grow - WHAT do you do with them? Do you cut them from the mother plant and pot them? If so, when? How big are they when you cut them off?
The one that has the 3or 4 new babies are after few months after removing the top that’s why it looks like a lot has been removed because the rest of the leaves dried out already, I keep them in the same plant so that it has a multiple head, you can cut them later too once they are big enough to be planted on it own
Next time, behead your plant. Meaning cut the stem half way down the leaves. That way. you will still have a rosette that you can root and the bottom part of the stem with some leaves attached will push out new pups.
