If you live your life taking accountability for everyone else’s mental problems then you’re going to be picking up their karma. I realize most neurotypicals have emotions like babies and they have to express every single one of them where as neurodivergents are taught it’s wrong to express any emotions. I’m returning to sender because it was never my energies to begin with. I vibe high no matter what because I’m more positive than most people. Sorry but the problem doesn’t always lie within you just because other adults can’t manage themselves properly. When someone sends you that sidekick attack, they are then blaming you for their emotions and when you pick that up, you’re picking up all of their burdens it’s the same as doing a favor for somebody you’re picking up the karma. That’s why everything needs to be transactional because if you’re not getting something, they’re taking everything which means your couples always be empty.
You simply don’t understand how the universe works, you attract exactly what you are and your frequency of vibration attracts the exact frequency, therefore sometimes if you happen to be on a low frequency you might attract a psychic attack. A psychic attack is simply a message that there are things you have to work on.

Right? specially when you are too busy and do not have the time to be dealing with their psychic drama. In comparison to the physical realm it will be like a person coming to dumb on you all their issues pain, anger, rage, frustration which in turn affects your environment and own emotions and such person can be identified as an energy vampire. Life is brief and there is not enough time so good riddance and best wishes in you finding good therapy, your tribe or whatever is that you need on your journey . If I am accountable for my emotions and feelings and need to do shadow work and transmute some energies then so does any one else that breaths and has brain activity has to be accountable for their own stuff.

I go meditate on their attack, gathering all the black energy I can absorb. I call on the energy of those my enemies have harmed. My mind gathers the energy like a black hole, patiently until it will hold no more. It then goes "Super Saiyan" and projects it back at them like a focused nuclear blast. Don't know if it works but it makes me feel better

Hello Tiffany. I recently left a spiritual community that practiced sun gazing, telepathy, and dream manipulation. We had to listen to audios while we slept and wear medallions. The leaders of the group are the ones who enter our dreams. Everything was all fun until it got sinister.. and sexual. There were things I didn’t not want to engage in. Once I decided to leave I was starting to get attacked. And have mental break downs. I thought I was crazy until I found out other people were experiencing the same thing. They have attached themselves to me and astral project into my house. They physically hurt and so many things that’s cause me a great deal of stress and anxiety. Is this anything you know how to handle or anything you know how to handle. I have not been able to reclaim my dreams or stop them from following me and studying my thoughts and interjecting on my life.

Thank you for sharing this. I didn't think it was real but felt very low yesterday after saying something to someone. Pure heaviness and very tearful. This morning tried this technique out. A few times. Felt I was feeling lighter and felt nice working with energy and air to cleanse the other person projecting it (probably unconscously). I keep experiencing this phenomenon where I feel physical symptoms in stressful situations and when I have not gotten good sleep, but also as a Social Justice Activist who experienced violence in the States and moved to another country b/c of it...and I know people psychically attack me for different reasons b/c I am very outspoken about social situations. Today, something came over my body that I cannot explain. It is like something takes over my whole body from another dimension. It is weird and it happened twice today, once when I was driving and it scares the hell out of me and I cannot put it into words. I have Dejavu and flashbacks and the same thing playing on the radio each time or the same road I drove down before. I have fluid in my ear and it is making me crazy and I pray to God it goes soon b/c it could be factoring into everything.

Thank you for this meaningful question! In my opinion and from my experience, sending love and light is "truly the most powerful way to deal with this and will do the most to diffuse it." For me, the word "most" in your question is what's important. Love is the "most" powerful energy on the planet. I'm one who likes to experiment with these spiritual principles on myself. Based on my own experiments, love is the most powerful way to diffuse it or at least get some temporary relief. You can experiment and see what happens and what works best for you. You can do nothing, send love, or send something gnarly back to the person. Then what? What you send out comes back to you. That's a promise. Nothing in the cosmic realm is cut and dry. Remember that hurt people, hurt people. I had a friend who would always say: "it's not over until it's resolved in love." Here's a question for you. How do you want to feel? When I send love, I feel strong and empowered. When I send something gnarly, I feel weak and afraid. I choose to feel strong and empowered.

This just happened to me! I said some unkind words, and I knew instantly I was wrong. Right before the person text me I felt heaviness on the top of my head and shoulders. As soon as I apologize to the person, I instantly felt relief. I thought these people were doing witch craft but the whole time it was the energy I was projecting mind blowing🙈
TY so much & it is helpful for me rn bc I have had the same physical attacks manifest as far as the man and dogs go. Most of my attacks are sexual and violent. It's gotten better and it's also been hell on my Fily. Which is why I meditate.

My psychic attack happens when I go to local town for a cold drink when it is hot weather. The Postman's wife begins it, by sitting beside me with her back turned the whole time on me. Then she controls the eyes of others watching by using head shaking antics each and every time I speak to anyone else present. Making others feel I am a joke. But I don't react, as I know she is trying to rattle me into a reaction. Claiming I am the trouble maker while there. I have never had any conversation with this woman in my entire life. Sad part is, I am over 70 and she is not far behind/

Anyone at any age can engage in this unconscious behavior. All we can do is send them love and stay in the heart.

Hi Kat! Thank you for your question, but I can't tell you whether you're having a psychic attack or not. You haven't given me enough information about your symptoms or anything to provide you with an informed and intelligent assessment. You said you haven't been feeling well for a while. In my experience, physic attacks don't go on for a while; they happen and last for 5, 10, maybe 20 minutes (from my experience). They may last longer in terms of minutes and hours for other people, but usually not long-term. You may be feeling the energetic unleveling that all of us are feeling on the planet. We've been experiencing solar flares, intense sun and moon and galactic activity that is affecting Mother Earth and all of life on the planet. It's causing headaches, anxiety, aggression, sadness, exhaustion, insomnia, dizziness, and other symptoms. I experienced anxiety for about a month and had to take CBD oil. Hi Brother! I may be wrong, but it feels like someone you know that you may have hung out with recently. Think about who you've been around recently. Usually, what I do is close my eyes, get still and quiet, think about the psychic attack and ask who is this coming from. Sometimes I see the person, hear a name, or feel the person's energy. I could be mistaken, but my guidance tells me that your body is remembering and wanting to heal a past life experience where you were stabbed. I've experienced that before. It was painful! I was a witch in a past life and I was stabbed to death. Whenever I events where people channeled spirits, I would keel over because I could feel the pain from being stabbed in my side. The body never forgets our past life experiences, injuries, etc. I suggest you get some help.

Hi Renalyn! Thank you for your question. The honest answer is no, I can't tell you if you're experiencing a psychic attack. It could be a number of things happening. It could be a psychic attack, you're going through a transformation, or you are experiencing the solar flares and collective energy on the planet. I asked my guides and they've said no. They tell me you're going through a transformation/consciousness shift like most of us are on the planet. A month ago, I experienced exactly what you're experiencing now...couldn't sleep, anger, then sadness. I was going through a transformation and also feeling the energy of the collective with the planetary positioning created feelings insomnia, anger, and sadness. From my experience, a psychic attack disorientates you; you feel kind of dizzy in the head and depending on your level of awareness you will know someone is thinking about you in an icky way. It takes a lot of reflection and practice to really become skilled at recognizing a psychic attack versus something else. You really have to know yourself, know how your body feels during different stimulation, and have a relationship with your guides who will let you know.
