Rice
for every 1 cup of Jasmine rice, I use 1.5 cups of water. So for 2 cups of rice, I used 3 cups of water, this gives me perfect rice every time (:

1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste about 1/2 tsp for me
Fajitas
1 onion
1 small bell pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

2 roma tomatoes
1 tablespoons diced red onion
likkle bit of cilantro
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
1-2 tsp olive oil

Cabbage:
1-2 cups shredded cabbage

Guacamole:
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon finely diced red onion

1/2 jar pasta sauce

1/2 package Soy Chorizo or meatless protein.
