I had a bunch of chicken breast laying around. I seperated the skin and the bones, made a filling with chicken, mushrooms, an egg, green onion and herbs, absolutely amazing! I mixed the leftover batter with flour and breadcrumbs and made meatballs. It all tasted fantastic!

Sensory issues for me! If skin isn't fried then I will very likely not eat it, can't stand the texture of it if not fried! Which sucks cause I love the flavor, I definitely gotta try this recipe next time I make chicken lol
There is a Canton dish similar to this. Using the whole chicken skin, wrap the smashed shrimp, then steam, finish with a light sauce and sprinkle with some flower petals.
