This workout is soo good, I've been doing this for almost a week now and I've already seen a difference in my stomach, this exercise is good for when your too lazy to get up

I try this and it’s really work I did it twice a day . My first day it was burning but day by day it become easier for I was 57.8kg Now I’m 54.3kg thanks you really and I appreciate your offer ❤
Iv been doing this for over a week twice every day plus situps to keep me fit I have little baby fat from having my child but hopefully this helps I love it and will keep continuing these work outs thank you 😊

I started today so I’ll update you every day for one week:) Day 1: sweating a lot, some were a bit hard but I still did it. I kept doing it but I forgot to comment again
starting in the morning! ill update. 112 pounds age: turning 15 goal: want a flatter belly day 1: did this twice, my lower back started to hurt a little but that means its working! im gonna ask my mom if she wants to do this with me later today. day 2: it went pretty well this time, i did this with my cousin! my back hurts from time to time but i think its working. day 3: it went awesome! i lost 5 pounds and my belly is becoming flatter day 4: my dog joined me this time, he sat next to me. its still getting better and better!
@@Scarlett.d21 diets are not recommended while doing these workouts, tbh just eat whatever you’d like just make sure you have fiber, protein, and carbs in you’re diet and make sure you eat it in moderation so you don’t over eat

So I decided to do this for a week to see the results so I will be updating 😁 Day 1--it was kinda hard not gonna lie but I did feel the burn in my legs and stomach Day 2--it was a little harder but I did loose a little bit of weight so this really helps I did all of them except for the flutter kicks because I found them a little to hard today Day 3--i found it much easier and I was able to do the flutter kicks so I am very proud of my self thank you for these exercises ☺
Ok it’s the morning, I actually have done it twice so far, and I’ll do it again in the evening. Usually I don’t like most exercising but this one’s actually rly fun. I like it a lot and I also think it’s good, good job, and keep up the good work. I will definitely continue to use this video for a while for exercising, it’s rly good. It’s not that hard but it’s not super easy and it’s not boring, I find it rly fun personally. Thank you!

I do this everyday at night and I can really feel the muscles of my leg tighten and usually I do not like exercising but this on is fun and easy and I really hope it helps
From my previous experience , These exercise do help a lot on reducing your belly fat , I will start this once I finish a challenge which I am currently participating on through a site called losebellyfatchallenge , This challenge helped me lose 5kgs in few weeks with little break days . I will surely check these soon Thanks keep posting more videos
okay so im starting this 8/3/22 i am 120lbs and my dream weight is 100 day 1- super sore from cheer and tumbling so it made it even harder, but the exercises were kinda fun and I feel like I will glow up before school!
Day 1- I found this exercise hard but its super fun Day 2- feeling sore in my muscles ans I also added an extra 8 min workout Day 3- just finished I realised I was able to do the flutter kicks more than I was able to yesterday
This is really amazing in am overweight as a child I'm 10 and I weigh 146 pounds and I've been doing this for a month or so and I've lost 45 POUNDS!!!!! AND I'm actually working on a slim jawline and all that and I Have A FLAT STOMACH NOW if y'all are a little over weight y'all really need to do this I now weigh 97.5 pounds!!! Before school

Ok. I have seven days till school starts so I have the perfect amount of time to get fit! Right now I've completed 8 hours worth of workouts sessions so now I'm on break at night looking for some stuff to put on my workout playlist. I'm sweating my heart out rn but I'm really tired so I'm going to eat a salad and drink water and come back. My back, head, arm muscles, leg muscles, and waist hurt really bad so I'm taking a break in a hot room because I hear heat burns fat. I've only lost few pounds so far. But my hand are hurting right now so yeah, bye.

i’m going to be doing this every day until school starts for me. starting weight:190 day1:some of these honestly felt impossible but i got through them, i feel the burn in my stomachs and legs. skipped yesterday so this is gonna be my day two: workout got very slightly easier and i’ve lost a pound by now.
Daily Exercise updates! Starting August 3rd. (I am starting to try and be more proactive this school year) Day 1~ Overall, not the easiest, I really felt the burn in my abs and thighs. But in the end, I feel good! Day 2~ It was really challenging today, especially on the leg drop pulses and the flutter kicks. But still in the end I feel refreshed.
I will do this workout everyday! and update you guys. Day 1: Very Hard But I was fighting to do it! Day 2: It Got A Little Bit Less harder but I think I'm losing weight. Day 3: Wasn’t hard at all! I got a little skinny Day 4:It wasn’t hard at all just like day 3 Day 5: I Noticed Belly fat loss! This is definitely helping out Day 6: I can definitely feel the belly fat burn Day 7: I’m now used to doing this day and night! It’s like a routine Day 8: I can see a difference with my stomach Day 9 : It Felt super easy this time! Day 10: I’m So Proud of myself for doing this everyday! Day 11: I’m now skinny thanks to this video Day 12: I Lost a ton of weight from this video! Totally recommend.
i will do this for a week and will update you, starting weight: 181 goal: 150 and flatter stomach and after i get 150 i will take a month break then try to get to 130 or 120 pounds! day 1. it was kinda hard but it was fine! it was fun too! great tutorial day 2. it was way easier and much better! i lost 2 or 1 pounds, food is obsessive! day 3. leg drop pulse is super hard! but it’s fun! day 4. day 5. day 6? day 7!

I’m gonna start I’ve always compared myself to other skinny girls but not anymore and I’ve always been incecure of myself so ye I really need to push myself Day one: tiring sweating,dog pulling hair while I was on the floor😬🤘🏽✌🏼 Day 2: sore, not sweating, very hot, starting to see progress Day :3not sweating much started to feel less pain Day 4:couldn’t breathe much very easy to do

Day 1 : no progress (obvious) but it is effective, i feel my body soring up!, did it once (2:56 pm,) will do again around 5 pm . Update! It’s is currently 5:17 pm and i just got done doing this for the second time today, i can definitely feel the effect. Will keep updated! I found this channel with my sister while working together on a little workout journey and we've both loved ur vids! This one is one of my favs and ive been doing it for about 1.5 weeks and have been seeing some progress since ive been doing this along with another vid, love it!

Edited version of day 3: Starting weight 126 (Which I said in my other comment) I felt a good amount of burn in my legs / thighs and I weight myself after doing this three times and I weighted 125 pounds! I’m so happy to see the improvement I have already lost 3 pounds, I’m going to definitely try to do this each day for the rest of the summer! (Or intell I get to my weight goal)

Before : 115.6 Goal: Weigh about 80-90 pounds,do this everyday, get my thighs skinner, and get a flatter stomach. day 1: Kinda hard but i got threw it After: 114.8
I can't edit comments unfortunately so I wrote down my progress on a piece of paper and I did it for a week! (Starting out at 167.3 *73kg*, and I don't know my cm 🙈) Anyways Day: I did it in the morning and night (starting to see very small changes) Day 2: Did it once in the afternoon when I got back from school (didn't see any changes) Day 3: Did it 1 time but almost did 2 but I didn't because I went on a walk with my dog and bff that lives right beside my house. (Definitely saw changes in the mirror) Day 4: Did it twice (didn't see any changes once again) Day 5: Did it once but didn't see any changes that day neither Day 6: Went into town that day so I didn't do it (I gained 2 pounds that day but wasn't to upset about it because I still had the next day to make up for it plus in a week or so I was doing a water fast and I always lose a lot of weight from it) Day 7!! (Last day) I did this workout 2 1/2 times! I also did some pushups,situps, ect. But overall I think I did pretty well that day. Ok! That was my progress. I know I didn't explain how my days went very well but I tried 🙈🍭 Anyways, I recommend this exercise because I definitely saw changes in my stomach. It also feels weird but it went pretty well. I lost 12 pounds and my stomach got thinner so I was overall happy. I did other things as well, not just the workout. I do a lot of water fasts which I head done after and before this so that might be why I feel so much better but anyways! I do recommend this workout if your looking for a flatter stomach. I am 16 and I weigh a lot more than I should so I am getting skinnier and losing weight 🙈 byebye!
I’m going to be trying this for a week and see how I feel I will update. Day 1: it hurt so bad I’m planning on doing one set today a work my way up. Obviously I didn’t see any progress because it was my first day! Day 2: the exercises got easier I sill don’t see progress. Im gonna do updates Day 1: it burned alot, i still need to get better at the swimming pose, ill update tomorrow! Day 2: i started seeing changes, swimmer is still difficult but ill see tomorrow Day 3: No changes but i feel better, ill see tmr. I did this workout after i ate so it made me feel better Day 4: results are starting to appear more, my shape is getting more defined. I do 3 sets each day.. And I think it works.. U will not get a flat belly in 7 days as mentioned but it will become slightly slim and u can feel the burn..
