මට මාසිකව මගේ බිල්ඩින් එක බදු ගත් අය මුලු මුදල ගෙවනවා,මමයි දැනට withholding tax එක ගෙවන්නෙ..withholding tax ගෙවන අයටත් අලුතෙන් එන කුලි බද්ද කියන එක ගෙවන්න ඔනෙද ? මේක ඇත්තටම ලොකු ගැටලුවක්,බොහොම ස්තුති මහත්මයා...

What is the legal provision as per the IR Act for the withholder of tax to give WHT Certificate to the withholdee. Is there a time limit? What is the penalty for the withholder if the WHT Certificate is not provided after withholding the tax?
