it is women who have more to loose, what was not addressed is the stigma against divorcees. its not just about the monetary gain. A divorced woman in some societies is treated very unfairly making it very difficult to re-marry and when you add children on to that, let's be honest, very few men are kind enough to accept a woman with baggage.

He said women always gain and never lose even though the man is given the authority to divorce but based on a documentary 'divorce Iranian style' a young women who tried to divorce her husband without mutual consent. She accused her husband of deception, insanity, ill treatment she even claim her husband stole her gold. Eventually she got herself divorce of mutual consent which her husband agreed to it, but on the condition that she gives up her mehr (money/gifts that she was supposed to get from her husband). Turn out there are women who end up giving up mehr just so they can get divorce. Even in mutual divorce she got nothing.

I have one doubt guys .. In my place our mosque is supporting a men who is injustice . One Muslim men leaved his wife in her mother house and he is going to marry another women without divorcing and not getting permission from his first wife . ( it’s not justice ) But Our mosque is still supporting that man to marry another girl by using shariat law !! I don’t understand what is going on here !!!!! I am living in the West and people do not seem to understand just what Zakir Naik he said. TRUE as a man you lose. If you divorce the house, the money all go to the woman, even what they call Child Support goes to the woman. A man must start again, work hard build a new life, this creates a strange society were men are weak and women are strong.

The speakers response to the woman that was asking about women and divorce in Islam is the reason why I have so much respect for muslims and the islamic religion. Muslims are a different breed of men, they're not afraid to say what they know is right and they don't care if people get offended. Westernize nations are falling apart internally because the religious foundation that was responsible for the rise of these nations is being stripped away from them. Western countries are now losing their grip on the world and are not as powerful as they once were. All of the western countries are in debt and are relying on borrowed money from countries like China to keep them afloat and are also being forced to cut from their military to pay their bills. Russia laughs at the western countries now as if they're a joke, and the leaders of Russia are spreading their communist agenda across eastern Europe. The cause of the decline of westernize nations is liberalism. Liberals believe that in society there are people that are victims and that those people deserve special treatment over others. Their believe system is that we are all supposed to take money from hard working people and give that money to people that don't serve it and they justify this by portraying the receivers of the money as victims. The liberal agenda has hurt western societies. Look at what liberals have done to the countries in Europe. None of the men want to get married anymore. Women in these countries have free reign when it comes to divorce. Men are punished like criminals when their marriages don't work out. Many men are forced to live out of their cars after failed marriages while women enjoy the AC in their beautiful homes because the men have to pay women huge amounts of money to sustain the lifestyle that they had while they were married. In the west the judges don't care about what went on in the marriage. A women can file divorce because she loves someone else and receive huge amounts of money from her ex husband while she dates other people. This is the reason why men don't want anything to do with marriage and children anymore and that is the reason why babies being born out of wedlock has become so prevalent in westernize societies. Marriage is a joke. While this is going on muslim families are staying together and are having 7 to 10 children per marriage. Western countries have become corrupt, and their leaders and lawmakers are fake, they don't really follow the word of God as they claim they do. The only thing that they care about is money. Marriage is a business just like everything else. Marriage is something that only God can control not man. Marriage is not something for greedy lawyers to use as their means to make money off of.

What if the husband fulfills his rights to her but they arent compatible in a lot of other instances. Eg different love languages or opionions of life chnaging topics? Not every man is made to be compatible with every woman and vice versa

Must put in marital contract that says wife has talaq a tawfeek so wife has unilateral right to divorce.

My question is, it is mentioned in surah AL baqarah verce 230 that And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a husband other than him. And if the latter husband divorces her [or dies], there is no blame upon the woman and her former husband for returning to each other if they think that they can keep [within] the limits of Allah . In this verse it is clearly mentioned that after divorce woman is not lawful to you until she marry someone else and latter he divorces her or dies then she can marry her previous husband again. But in sir Dr zakir naik lecture he said that this couple can marry 3 times without marrying someone else with new nikkah each time. Now in same surah verse 232 it is also mentioned And when you divorce women and they have fulfilled their term, do not prevent them from remarrying their [former] husbands if they agree among themselves on an acceptable basis. If I go through this verse it looks like remarrying after divorce is allowed like Dr zakir naik said in his lectures Now I'm very confused about it I'm sure there cannot be any contradiction in Holly Quran nor a person like Dr zakir naik say something without fully verifying it, can you please help me understand exact meaning of these 2 verses? Why has husband yet been given the athority to do what he wills? I am sorry. I respect his work, but he is wrong. The Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, allowed women to divorce without the husband's permission, by returning the maher. He granted this without any proof of injustice.

#MennoMii per dr. Naik, the 3rd category: a woman can ask the "to be hasband" for a permission to have the right to divorce, in other words man giving permission to the woman to divorce herself from him and register this permission as a clause or a condition in the marriage contract. Keep in mind that there is a great disagreement among Muslim scholars regarding this rule. The other 4 rules are agreed between scholars.

Divorce is not allowed in islam for women if they have not suffered physical or emothional abuse. Most imams will not agree to divorce without these types of conditions for women, whereas men dont need any excuses. So situations like mentioned here about not being in Love with her husband, under islam law, you dont have the right to divorce. I have heard so many imams talk about this, and everytime it comes to this. But i believe men and women, doesnt matter what religion or culture, arent fully educated on marriage. Although it seems islamic stay away from sin for sisters, please think about yourself and the double standards you might face if you end up in a divorce. If anyone has more info about this please share. So we can talk about these very serious issue that surround women in islam. I was married against my parents will last year post that my husband left for Australia my parents are not aware of our marriage. However we have decided to separate due to his family's non acceptance I have also applied for khula. Now my fear is. My parents are looking for a groom unaware of my previous marriage. Sir mein islam Religion se hoon. sir meri shaadi 17-1-2014 Ko hoi thi, Meri Wife mere saath 7 months thik rehi . or uske baad pregnant hoi, pregnant hote hi woh apne (maike)apni maa k ghar rehne chalegai, Baacha ke birth 21-08 -2015 ko hua tha, Bhir bacha ka age 8 months ho ne ke baad meri ghar aake rehnelagi, Bhir ek din mere wife ne mujse bola ki uske company ne usko Job join karne keliye bolahe, Maternity leave jo apply kiya tha, woh complete ho gaya, So mere wife ne mere se request kiya ke usko uske maake Ghar jaake rehena hai, So that meri wife jo company mein kaam karthe hai ho uske (Maike) , maa ke ghar ke pass hai. So she told she can manage the Job and manage the Baby Also. She has asked 2 years time for this, so that she can setttle in her job and also baby can also settle himself and after 2 years she will come and live with me along with my baby . I didnt like her statement, but the due to the fear of family problems and divorse - I agreed to her Situation and allowed her to live in her mother house for 2 years , She is coming to my House for visit for one day every month. i am also going to her mother house to see her every month. My wife and myself are living seperately for almost 2 years. I am giving rs 5000 monthly for maintenance. 2 years period is Over, but she has settled in her job some what and We have a problem with baby that baby age is 3 years and Not speaking. now I told her to come and live with me in my house along with the baby, i also told her i will take care of her and also the baby, and i also agreed that i will take responsibility of treatment of baby. but She gave a negative response saying that she will not come and live with me till the baby begin to speak. And also she demands me money for baby treatments so that she take of treatments of baby from her mother house. i am living a tough life without my wife and i miss by baby also, Wife relatives are also not cooperating, they are coming for a fight with me often when i request to take my wife and Child back to my home. if i demand divorse from her she is denying to give me divorce. My mother is living with me and taking care of me, if some thing happens to my mother who will take care of me? From the fight of her relatives and her irresposible behavior i dont think so she will take care of me in future. i have decided to take the divorse, In this case please do Suggest me the procedure of taking a divorse?

Yes they can divorce in talaq e taweez and the dissolution of muslim marriage act, 1939
