My mum passed away then 2 months later my niece was born. sometimes she says things just like my mum would but she never met her, its so sweet, proof my mum lives on in her. The circle of life, death and birth.

my mum died 4 years ago and at first its tears but I agree with Judi then its remembering all the things she said that made me laugh.Thinking of her makes me smile but it took 4 years to get there and still grief can catch u by surprise.

God love you all. I have messaged and dreams all the time about my deceased parents and partner❤ the lady went and shared on social media as her mom sent the photo as a gift. Great ! She shared with others this is how spirit works.😢

Love these beautiful ladies. I talk to my Mom every day. She and my Dad would be 112 years old now. My Dad was a quiet man but I still talk to him, too.

On Friday I found out that someone I've known all of my life, like family, & been sending screenshots of my Facebook posts to my estranged sisters. I confronted her by message (lucky for her!) Deleted & blocked. Saturday I was woken up at 5.34am by the sound of men talking, then lots of laughter. I got up & heard it coming from the kitchen. I went downstairs as fast as I can, into the kitchen to find the tv on, at full blast! Half asleep, I blamed mum then realised she lives in a care home now. The tv hasn't been on for almost 12 months as it was mum who watched it. I'm convinced it was my Dad. He would have been really upset by that person's actions. It didn't do it today (I've unplugged, so I'd be terrified if it did).

I've had paranormal stuff happening on and off for years but recently it has really ramped up. I even recorded a man's voice on my phone, no one else in the house, all the doors and windows closed. I'm trying to embrace it all but it cam be a bit unnerving at times 😳

‘We’re here now and that’s their legacy’🥹 I’ve had a really griefy day today, I lost my mum almost 18 months ago. It doesn’t get easier as time goes on you just feel further and further away from them. But life has to go on, you simply grow around the grief ❤️
