Great information ma'am..thank you for this video..actually people don't know about this problem of lactose intolerance..it was very lately that I found out I'm intolerant to lactose and cutting dairy products from my diet has made my health much better..so, it will be better to avoid dairy products by those who are having the symptoms of PCOS, IBS and certain allergic conditions.
ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ നിന്ന് വീട്ടിൽ വന്ന ശേഷം ആണ് സ്ഥിരമായി പാല് കുടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയത്. പതിയെ സ്ഥിരമായി എന്താ എന്ന് അറിയാത്ത പേടിയും (anxiety), പേടി വരുമ്പോൾ diarrhea വരാനും തുടങ്ങി. പുതിയ ജോലിയുടെ പേടി ആണ് എന്നാണ് കരുതി ഒന്നും ചെയ്തില്ല. പിന്നെ nausea persistent ആയി വന്നപ്പോ പാൽ കുടിക്കാൻ തോന്നിയില്ല. അത്ഭുതം പോലെ പാൽ നിർത്തി 48 മണിക്കൂറിനു ശേഷം എന്റെ പേടിയും ഗ്യാസ്ട്രിക് പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും അവസാനിച്ചു.എനിക്കു പാൽ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് അമ്മയെ പറഞ്ഞു മനസിലാക്കാൻ ഒരുപാട് പാട് പെട്ടു. Lactose intolerance നെ കുറിച്ച് ഒരുപാടു വായിച്ചു. പക്ഷെ എവിടെയും anxiety ഒരു symptom ആയി കണ്ടില്ല. Thanks for the video. I have allergies with diary product.I am a breast feeding mother and avoided milk from past few months.Couldn't find this kind of a supporting video. ☺️.Do you have any suggestions for alternative food which are rich sources of calcium like diary products?
Really helpful. I kept saying this in my family but as you said they are ready to avoid everything from their diet for good health except dairy products because of unawareness. Now I've shared this video in my family group and hope this makes sense to them.
After watching few of your videos, apart from the positive side I would like to tell you this. I felt you need to prepare/ organise the content you wish to discuss before recording so as to prevent using pauses, fillers , filled pauses….and not to deviate from the current intended topic I.e., just mentioning some other topic for few sec and then cutting it by saying we shall discuss about it later., which unnecessarily prolongate the duration.

In a similar verse, Allah says: "His mother carried him with hardship, and gave birth to him in hardship. And the carrying of the child to his weaning is a period of thirty months" (46:15).
We believe it's a high source of calcium D protein and all..so don't we actually get it from cow milk?or do u suggest any other such source is enough and no need for this?Also please suggest the frequency of feeding a baby once she or he is 2 years. (As a working mother many of us are forced to stop breast feeding after a period. )

I'm here. Lactose intolerant. ഓർമ വച്ചപ്പോൾ മുതൽ. I am avoiding all the dairy products and staying healthy and happy.😊 Actually it was very difficult to explain to others about this, back in school and college. I had experiences classmates saying, these are just outcomes of my imagination. 😇. They even used to make fun on it. Felt very bad back then. And scared thinking about the deficiencies it may cause in future. 😁🙃. Now I think many are aware about it, mainly through social media. Thank you so much for the video.
Raw milk contain lactase, so it can be digested even by those who are lactose intolerant. Curd also contains lactase. Meanwhile pasteurized milk doesn't contain lactase. So most people will have issues with the milk we get in packets. Also if you source milk locally and then heat it, again it loses the lactase. Am I right?
