For years my knee was popping etc but i didnt think anything of it because i was fit. When my ACL finally tore i didnt know what it was and just thought it would heal. Took years before I got an MRI and eventually saw a surgeon who gave me a brochure for full knee replacement surgery. It’s been only a few months since that visit and many days I forget I even have a torn ligament. With yoga, hip-openers, and mostly exercises like these (i prefer fluid, intuitive movement over reps) my knee is doing great and i can do almost everything. Terrifying to think if I was more naive I could have lost my knee. You should do a program packaged for schools. I am getting so much out if your videos. THANK YOU

Hello from the Scottish Borders. I have been doing your exercises for some time and have found them very useful. However, I cannot get down to the floor to do the first quad exercise! Do you have other knee exercises that may be suitable for someone who cannot get down to the floor? ❤
