some of y’all might not fit in the standard and still might not even though your Chinese, but you fit in to at least one of the beauty standards on earth❤️
As Filipino American I don’t have pale skin, I don’t think pale skin should represent wealth. That’s just how I think. I have brown skin and I would like to have calm personality.
I just realised my country doesn't have an official beauty standard and I'm thankful. This just gives people a lot of unnecessary pressure and may lead to people feeling inadequate because they don't fit all of the unrealistic standards. I remember one Chinese lady who lives in Ghana said she felt free and that she finally could be herself because she no longer had the pressure of worrying about her looks all the time.
Same in my country too, I'm from southeast asia, tbh like I don't care about everyone's looks as long as they're not stink and healthy :^/. Wow glad for the Chinese lady, I heard a lot about Chinese beauty standard/east asia beauty standard and made me confused like 'how can u maken a standard like that meanwhile everyone is unique?'. Some people siUfering because of the beauty standard is soundsterrifying to me.
@@kandysmagicshop3336 and?? theyre the ones insecure over every single little detail, its not the creators fault or this commenters fault that theyre so insecure that they cant let beauty standards exist, or people prettier than them exist.
I think everyone is beautiful the way they are and no need of beauty standards to judge them because if you want to fit something you are not then you loose the original you are so just admire yourself love yourself and treat yourself better because you deserve it.
Yes, beauty standards in China are silly. Chinese actress Fan Bingbing (she is very famous in China) was called overweight by the media and journalists because she did not meet Chinese beauty standards. Fan Bingbing is not even fat. She weighs only 57 kg. But according to Chinese beauty standards, 57 kg is considered obese
@@Yangpeiling-de-zhangfu nah cuz even as a Chinese I think our beauty standard is weird as shit , it feels like they want us to look and have a body of a toddler. Fan Bing Bing is considered very pretty in China and she herself doesn't fit the beauty standard so that speaks for itself
dw i’m chinese and my parents don’t nag at me about having small feet or whatever. they just tell me to avoid getting tanned most of the time. also, you’re beautiful the way you are! beauty standards are practically unattainable without plastic surgery or really, really good genes
@@b30574 yeah same but not Chinese but Maldivian it's really hard for us cause we leave close to the salty ocean and the sunlight get disolved in it and gave me those pain ful tan 😊
I am fully Chinese and have tan skin, so when I return, people will probably wonder, 'Is she truly Chinese, she has all of the features, but the SKIN!'... I fit into all but the pale skin.
1.Having heart shape lips✅ 2.Having small feets✅ 3.Pale skin❌I have sun tan / brown skin😊 4.Double eyelids✅ 5.Slim legs / delicate feautres✅ Everyone is beautiful ❤❤
1. Having heart shape lips (no) 2. Having small feets (yes) 3. Pale skin (yes) 4. Double eyelids (yes) 5. Slim legs/delicate features (yes) Anyways remember that everyone is beautiful in their own way!!
I got 5/5, but even if you don't fit in theese standards you're still beautiful no matter what ❤ (Interesting fact: people view you 20%-15% precent more attractive than you think you are)
To the people that thinks this video makes them feel insecure, don’t worry if you don’t fit into East Asians beauty standards your beautiful and will definitely be considered beauty in 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 countries ❤️
Ok look, I fit in to a lot of them - but I have a very complex medical history when I was extremely young that actually stumped my growth! I’m not Asian at all and don’t look it either (like I have blonde hair) but while you may desire some of these features - know you might be looking at someone like me which still has many insecurities of their own ❤❤. Remember, nobody gives a shit about what you look like, because they’re too worried about themselves.
