Hey Theo, yeah I would imagine so as it would be very similar to a Revani recipe (Greek semolina cake) which also has a syrup. I don’t have a recipe for it out yet but if you Google it you will be able to find some. But if you end up following this and just replacing the filo with semolina let me know how it goes :)
@@nikolopaaI'm just being lazy🤣 The Cypriots have a syrup sponge called kallonbramman, which we make with semolina. I've also made portokalopitta with semolina and it works well, so I'd imagine it would be ok here too. Great job with the videos, btw👍🏻
