Good day! If you have canned tuna and eggs at home, make this easy and healthy recipe. The recipe is very quick and easy to prepare. Make this easy tuna recipe for your loved ones and they will be happy!
2 cans of tuna
2 eggs
spring onion, parsley
salt, pepper, paprika
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon French mustard
vegetable fat
cucumbers (pickled cucumbers)
dill

Very clever. We call these " Fish Cakes". Also you can make canned Crab cakes like this. You could serve with Mayonnaise & dill and lemon sauce.

I just do them scrambled with the tuna thrown in. Cook in butter and have with buttered toast. Good breakfast when I was a kid.

Very similar to tuna salad which is great for sandwiches. The lemon peel is a nice touch which I will add to my 'recipe'. Canned Tuna, onions, boiled eggs, celery and/or pickles, salad dressing. On bread as a sandwich, or without bread.

We call it tuna croquets. Been eating it since at least the 1950s. But mama added bread crumbs to the meat/egg mixture and served it with tobas o or catsup.

Boil some potatoes and mash it into the mixture of tuna and eggs and it will hold better.. try adding some red onions chopped finely also

This reminds me of my personal favourite home made meal. All you need is one ingredient. Minced turkey. You just take it in your hand and add, raw beaten eggs, salt, black pepper, finely chopped onion, a little tomato sauce and a little dijon mustard. Mash it all together and then cook on the pan with extra virgin olive oil. Then put between two buns and add fresh baby leaf Spinach, caramelised onion, roasted and sliced red pepper, feta cheese and a sauce of your choice. So delicious and the only thing you need is Turkey mince!

You do realize that all the other things you add are also "ingredients" right? I mean there are quite a few more ingredients than just "one" in your recipe. You do get that, right? They are all ingredients. Even the olive oil you cooked it in. Just a thought. Just "one" thought.

1. I make these hot patties w salmon or mackeral (cracker crumbs and raw egg), fry in coconut oil. Eat w prepared mustard when cooled. 2. I make delicious cold (out of can) tuna sandwiches mixed w chopped hard boiled egg, mayo, and may add a little chopped onion or pickle, serve in sandwich (bread) w/ lettuce.

Ich bin grad am überlegen, wie ich aus solchen Patties einen leckeren Burger basteln kann. Der Dip ist klasse, nur den Dill werde ich durch was anderes ersetzen, da ich den Dillgeschmack partout nicht mag. Eventuell durch Schnittlauch.

We call these tuna cakes and usually add bread or cracker crumbs to hold it together better with the eggs. It is yummy. Can do the same with potato, ground beef or chicken. Sweet potato and tuna cakes are delicious too. Yum yum.

Interesting recipe. Looked more like a quick version of tuna fishcakes to me. Just adding tuna, egg, onions and herbs together. Healthier option would be to avoid salt altogether. Fish has plenty of salt itself so adding extra would do much to raise your cholesterol. But a simplistic way to make these fishcakes. Thank you for sharing.

Mouth watering! Can add 2 -6 sliced of crumbled toasted white bread or wheat bread to the tuna to give it more body and firmness. Can also use canned salmon.

OMG such a good idea! I try to reduce meat (fish is not included) and I sometimes struggle with my protein intake. Tuna got a lot of protein, but simply canned is quite boring, but this recipe is so nice and also with the home-made dip it's even more protein! I will try it, but I think I will use my air fryer instead of pan (also trying to lose some weight, hehe)
