I had clear skin growing up even during puberty but all of a sudden I had this, i've been very consistent with my skin care routine. I thought they're just normal acne but it won't clear up, thank you so much for this. Really great help. I hope it will clear up soon.
Hey guys. I've been using nizoral shampoo for almost 2 weeks now. I let it sit for 3-5 mins before rinsing then before i sleep i put some soothing gel. It is working and only few are left on my skin. I stopped my skin care routine for now to focus on my acne, but i make sure to wash my face before i sleep. I've been working out and trying to loose weight it is very humid in my country, i guess that's why they popped up on my skin. I hope yours clears up soon too.
This comment was SO helpful until I got to the “etc” at the very end!! 😿 If you have time, will *please* elaborate on the specific products / compounds you had alluded to?
@@TheBudgetDermatologist i’ve been actively using so many salicylic acid cleansers and treatments for at least 6+ months now as well as lactic acid for a couple weeks and niacinamide for about 8+ months and i’m still struggling with stubborn fungal acne on the sides of my chin and some on my forehead but i just cannot get it to go away, what do i need to change?
Symptoms that you might have anti fungal: -small appearing bumps (look the same) most common on back, chest, forehead, hairline, chin clusters -antibiotic causes more yeast -Oily skin because yeast loves oil -stubborn acne that won’t go away even with consistency -Sweating a lot -immunocompromised people How to treat: -Anti-fungal shampoo (free and clear dandruff shampoo) - equate dandruff shampoo -Nizoral dandruff shampoo (as a cleanser) Apply it for a few minutes before rinsing. -Z-bar vanicream -Sulfur products (also helps with oily skin) Bar cleanser, proseca leave in cream, mask. BRANDS -Aulfur Azufre -Sal 3 (daily or a few times per week. Or a sulfur mask by acne free) Any cleansers that help with reducing oil. And that’s all folks.
Thank you so much for your advice i thought my skin has no hope to came back to normal but thanks to you i know how to cure it😭😭 I don't know how to thank you but thank you so much😭😭😇
I just moved to a humid environment and now have fungal acne. I have really sensitive skin and can’t use any fragrance so I’m really appreciative you’ve provided treatments for those with sensitive skin!
I’m an esthetician and I see this all the time! Thank you for this video. Although I can’t diagnose, I always like to educate my clients on what to ask their doctors about and how to potentially treat it.
May you please show brown-skinned or dark-skinned people when showing examples of skin conditions in the future? I think I have fungal but my skin is too dark to see that redness or pus.
There's definitely a reason to why I came across this video on RU-vid ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zkrPGMKmLO0.html of Jyovis Ayurveda and I was very happy to see the results for various skin infections. I even followed few of the tips explained and it actually worked. Then I finally decided to contact on ......(+918828432755) to cure my skin infection from the root cause. The team really helped me a lot. Thank you Jyovis!
I had this on my forehead forever! I thought it was acne and was even told it's a heat rash. I started to use Nizoral and it cleared right up. Its been gone for years. I didn't realize you could get it on your back too. Thanks for more info on it.
I wish more dermatologists and companies knew about fungal acne like this. Mine was diagnosed as regular acne for the past 10 years and some gave me antibiotics which just made it worse. Free & clear anti-dandruff works best for me since I'm allergic to fragrances. It gets rid of 90-95% of my problem but I have to use it as a body wash too and it's very drying. Very few fungal acne safe moisturizers exist that are also fragrance free. I really hope better fungal acne products will be made in the future.
For moisturizers…Malezia Urea Cream (from an expert of fungal acne), DermaZen Moisturizer, squalane oil from sugarcane, and lots of Asian Beauty products are fungal acne safe.
I couldn’t help but comment that one of the top reasons why my acne comes back is the fact that I didn’t know that my make up kicks it in. Girls, search those make up ingredients, it’s crazy how 90% of the face products feed those fungies
@@jumpinggakflash2313 I used to think that going to the beach and sweating itself breaks me out. Now I know that it was the tanning oil that I’d put on my body and face - now thinking about it makes me cringe, but I knew nothing about the fungal acne. I’m using (copy pasting the name as I can’t upload a photo) La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Dry Touch Gel-Cream SPF50+ Protection for Oily Skin 50ml, and my face is protected and have ZERO breakouts. I’ve tried the tinted versions as well and none breaks me out. That applies for foundations, day and night creams and anything you can think of that goes on your face, in my case - my forehead
@@jumpinggakflash2313 sure, I’m happy to save a fungal acne victim 😅I’m also using the Tolerance sensitive fluid as a moisturizer- no issues either. Gluck!
Pretty sure this video just changed my life. I've struggled so much with my skin and scalp issues for 25 years. I've gone to doctors, including dermatologists, and not been properly diagnosed -- and have all of the symptoms and potential causes per this video. Thank you for being so informative.
I wish I could sue uccon health for misdiagnosing me. It’s so sad how so many doctors or health care professionals literally don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about………..
I like the presentation style. Professional, straight to the point, and I feel I can trust this presenter. A refreshing change from the over entertaining skin care RU-vid channels
I’ve been treating my fungal acne like acne for two years since it literally popped up overnight one day, finally saw a dermatologist last week and she was like “yeah see how they’re all uniform in size and shape and kind of clustered together like that? That’s not acne” 🤯 It’s weird to me though that it’s always mentioned with oily skin, my skins natural state is dry as the desert so idk where mine comes from but now I know it’s fungal acne.
@@maisharahman1368 she gave me a cream, the same ingredient from head and shoulders shampoo. It did NOT work for me, neither did nizoral or any of that stuff. im trying probiotics now.
Take probiotics (50 billion), eat unpasteurized sauerkraut/kefir/kimchi/kombucha - its all about a healthy gut, antibiotics kill good bacteria in there. Take zinc supplements. No sugar, bread. Diary is very bad for skin too :(
I was diagnosed with Lupus a few months ago and I've been taking immunosuppressants. After a few months I keep getting these small, itchy bumps on my forehead and chin and they never go away. I was so worried and felt bad because I thought I wasn't taking a good care of my skin. Thanks to you now I know that these meds are the ones causing my fungal acne.
You have changed my life! For 5 years I struggled with these tiny bumps on my forehead, and around my face. I was so lost for what I could do about it because it seemed to have popped up out of nowhere and stayed no matter what I did. I tried the Nizoral for the past 2 weeks and the fungal acne is gone. I haven't wore makeup in 4 months because I was so self conscious about the bumps and yesterday was the first time I woke up and my skin felt smooth again. It felt like a miracle! Thank you so much for sharing this information with us for free. You are changing lives and I'm forever grateful now.
@@VyNguyen-wy3ov try the Nizoral! I swear by it. I use it every three days in my skin care routine and it worked for me after trying everything I possibly could. I hope it helps you too
@@AsHB.85 thank you lovely. In Australia we have the red packaged Nizoral not the blue. But I think the % is the same. At the moment I just bought the Zitstika body wash and exfoliate and 10% AHA lotion to use. I will use for 1 week or 2 to see if anything improvement . My body skin is pretty dry , afraid it is one of the cause as well, need to exfoliate a bit then. Yeah and I try not to pick any lol. So hard !
Why don't the dermatologists I see tell me these things? One even told me I didn't need a skincare routine bc my skin is usually clear, but my skin is very dry and parched, and I need the occassional acne treatment. So I really appreciate this!
This has helped me a lot since I really don't know how to deal with this.. fungal acne that is not really acne. I have those bumps on my back, chest and even face, mostly on my forehead and it's so annoying! Thank you so much and I'm so glad I came across your video! Keep up the good work, onee-san!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS! I became immunodeficient 10 years ago and almost immediately developed these symptoms on my face, scalp, neck, and upper back/arms. It was just diagnosed as regular seborrheic dermatitis and nobody knew what the acne part was. I kept trying different soaps and cleansers but only zinc pyrithione or sulfur helped. Having this yeast on my face also makes my skin constantly inflamed from an autoimmune reaction so it looks like I went skiing. I kept thinking it had something to do with fungus but was not sure. Now I have a name and some treatment options. Thank you so much for this! This made my day. Subscribed!!! ❤❤
I had 3 dermatologists not even know what basic hives were from a food allergy. They literally were guessing off the top of their head. One of them said maybe I had scabies and prescribed me a topical cream without even testing me for it. I actually did the research and figured it out myself- I was allergic to a tea I had started drinking. So yeah, doctors dont know everything. Do your own research.
@Sofia Derlye you are misunderstanding me. i had an allergic reaction to Kava Tea. i figured that out myself. i just stopped drinking the tea and i was fine. it was not a skin condition like the doctors said, it was an allergic reaction. i figured that out myself. doctors are not as smart as we think they are.
I went to a dermatologist a few years ago and what she prescribed dried out my skin even more. Never went back and I haven't seen another dermatologist since. I don't trust them
That's one of the issues that comes with the basic model of medicine. It's very good if you've got a clear cause of the illness, but if it crosses the lines between specialties, it can be a real problem. It gets even worse with psychosomatic disorders, as in ones that have a brain component and a body component as hardly anybody knows how to deal with it. If you're lucky the doctor will mention it, but I had no idea that that's why I've got tinnitus. Nobody bothered to mention that it's psychosomatic because the nerves are getting triggered without cause and gave me a way of dealing with it.
They dont. I was surprised when my doctor whipped out her phone to google a question I had 😑 I also have a friend who is a medical doctor, she truly is no different than me. I teach her stuff about the body all the time. I say most doctors are just really good at studying and parroting information, most of them are not skilled at figuring out whats going on, they are stabbing in the dark. This is why I like Traditional Chinese Medicine, they go in depth with your whole body, and whole health, including mental.
I have had "fungal acne" ever since I was 10. My dad used to say that I don't wash my face and used to scream at me for that. That's when my mom stepped in. She told him that when I was 2 I started having dermathitis and we even went to the doctor. I've hated those bumps for sooooo long, that I even tried popping them and that's why I've had several really bad breakouts with cysts (not even pimples) that hurt really bad and I always picked on them and it irritated me so bad, that my face is very much in pain these days... Thanks for the help!!!!
For anything cystic, eating a large bowl of watermelon daily will help w drainage. 👍 Dark grapes, melons and citrus are great. Cysts usually come from a clog in the lymphatic drainage pathway. These fruits work. I’m shocked at how well the watermelon (with seeds) helps, but it does. You’ll pee a lot too cuz it gets your kidneys going. lol
Ikr, when your family treats you in a certain way just cause you have a skin condition that affects your appearance, it really sucks. My mom scolds me to wash my face, drink water & sleep to get rid of it. I understand it can help my skin to a certain extent but it will NOT clear up my 6 years of acne fully! I don't even wanna live in our home, I can't even get out of my room, when we have dinner together in the table, they all look at my skin in a certain way that makes me so uncomfprtable, just like today I sensed all of them looking at my skin, but I kept eating, then my mum started laughing, I asked why, she said "How many pimples you have in your face! Just look at your face hahaha" I started to have watery eyes, then my brother told "stop telling her these, she's bout to cry" then I couldn't hold onto it anymore I started crying, then again she scolded me because I shouldn't cry. I'm in a literal torture just because I've a skin condition, I'm literally crying as I'm typing this.
@@FirstnameLastname-gb4ww My mom's actually is a great mom, I've never seen any better mom around me than her. But these traits are very common among my culture, people tend to really judge people especially parents don't care much about their children's mental health and how their words affect their children. My mom's generally is conscious when it comes to my mental health but she doesn't simply understand that pointing out my insecurities hurt me, when it comes to this particular issue she's just not understanding. At this point I just don't really care.
Since wearing masks I’ve had my first issues with consistent bumps/texture on my skin. While I do get occasional breakouts, I’ve suddenly experiences little patches of small/millimeter sized bumps across each side of my chin. My theory is that it is “fungal acne” due to the masks creating a humid/sweaty environment... going to try the ketaconozole shampoo with fingers crossed! I’m so bad about picking at my face when there’s texture, as I’m not used to it 🥺🙈
I was trying to figure this out! OMG YES! I didn't have this issue before. The only good thing is I started looking really into a better skincare routine.
Hey, I've been to dermatologist for almost a year. I was diagnosed with roseaca. No redness or broken veins just adult acne. I've used retna a and other cream, antibiotics, and now they want me to try acutane which I'm afraid of. I'm 62 any suggestions. Tbanks
The 2% bha exfoliate by Paula’s choice is what actually caused my fungal acne which is something I have never had before. This product contains polysorbate which can trigger fungal acne for some people
I've been thinking about this, I had no issues with my forehead until I tried a certain product from Avon. My forehead just erupted with tiny itchy bumps that wouldn't clear up. Until then I just had some acne on my cheeks.
I’m so glad you showed the brown woman with the breakout on her cheek. I’ve had small cluster stubborn bumps along my jawline that won’t budge with doxy, spiro, bp and retinoids. My skin is naturally oily, live in hot humid environment and I’ve tried everything. 1
Thank you so much! I was dealing with this for years and never knew about this. I tried multiple products. I just came across your video - like an hour ago - and went to Walmart right after watching it. I got a sulfur soap for only $3. Came back home and washed my face, and applied some sulfur powder that I had but never used. I'm not lying, my face was itchy and had two rashes on both cheeks. I'm already seeing a difference. Went to look in the mirror and the welts are gone. I just spent a lot of money yesterday on facial products. $3 - who knew! Thank you, thank you.
ur a life saver ive been struggling for almost 5yrs now. i went to a dermatologist and it was no use at all, tried lots of products and still no use. I'll be trying these products asap. i was so close on crying
This video was extremely straightforward and helpful. I’ve only been using Nizoral for one week and already I’ve noticed a rapid decrease in forehead and hairline clusters. My skin is smooth again. Thank you for the information that my own Dermatologist failed to give me. I appreciate you.
This is great information! I have struggled off and on with acne since the late 80s. I’m 52 now and between you and my own dermatologist, I’m hoping I found the answer. Thanks 😘
O M G. This is the thing that's been pestering my face and back and arms SINCE ALWAYS (well. since i hit puberty). I used to use salicylic acid skincare products but they were dehydrating my face in a long term basis and then the skin was getting more oily, and... you can imagine how that was going for me. I kinda gave up and bought some products for rosacea since that's my issue too and... it really does help for those stubborn gremlins inhabiting my skin! I'm gonna try out some sulfur cosmetics as well - never gave them a shot before, so I'll see how these stand in the battle agains the tiny army of evil bumps. Thank you! Subscribed on spot!
Thank you for this posting. Never had bad achene as a teen and 20-39 year old. Took a trip to Honduras a few years ago and after sweating during hot parts of the day, noticed what looked like little whiteheads on my forehead, upper back & chest. Every so often this re-occurs when working in heat and sweating, especially on my forehead when wearing a hat. I am excited to try some of the products you have mentioned here to see if this creates some relief.
Hey y'all!!! Read this. I have had acne that has lasted for years (same "bump" or patch). There's cysts in it that I tweeze out because they hurt so bad. But once I pull them out the pain stops. I am 40. This started in my late 20s. Always on my chin and then about 7 years ago they started on my forehead near the hairline. Now, I've literally tried everything from cleansing to clay, and creams, oils, steroids, ZapZit, crushed antibiotics, penicillin from TSC, wormer that I used for the horses all the way to their lice treatment thinking it could be a parasite. Yes, I've tried leaving it alone but it forms this crust that gets thick and I peel that off after a few weeks and there's NO healing. When the bumps do decide to give up, usually after about 3 years, they just go away and leave really easy to extract tiny cyst. Then a whole new cluster comes back up within 2 inches of the last cluster. It's been flusterating to say the least. Considering I'm 40 and didn't have a problem with acne when I was a teen. So all that said, I put on some athlete's foot cream 2 nights ago and holy wow!!! They are healing.... Finally!!!! I have applied it a few times in the two days. This video was a Godsend for me! Thank you to the doctor that posted it. This will literally change my life and how I can walk through it confidently now.
Hey! Can you please tell me if things got better for you after all this time? Did it completely go away? If so what did you use to fade away the hyper pigmentation? Many thanks in advance for your answer
@@abdellahelmansori4446 Hi. I'm sorry to say this but the same exact spot I thought was healing did not heal. It came back full force after getting better for a short time. It never went away. And to top it all off, it's still there. It still has a scab on it that doesn't want to go away. It still has cysts in it. I haven't touched it for weeks and that does help with the inflammation of course. I use differin gel on it every night and wash it daily. But it still lingers. I get other bumps sometimes that are gone in a week with the same treatment. This one has been there for YEARS!!! I'd say about 4 years. Differin does help more than most products and it is excellent for regular bumps. But this one won't go away it just kinda chills for a while then flairs back up. Best of luck to you with your blemishes, unfortunately I haven't found a solid cure:(. Also, I've never had a single one of these bumps leave a scar ironically. But I would use the spray tan from Sally Hansen and spray it on something then dab it on the spot and blend. The color will eventually even out. You can't even see where the old ones were.
I was struggling with acne (nobody told what kind of) for about 12 years, since my 18s. So many dermatologist visited (believe-even the best one in LT), so much money spent on various products (starting from variuos oral antibiotics, creams, serums and antibiotic containing prescription creams, even birth control pills)-nothing solved the problem FOR 12 YEARS (!!!). Since, one day I found this Doctor and saw the video. It seemed you were talking about me and my bumpy cheeks, and the symptoms were the same! I did all the recomendations (used recomended topical antifungals for 2 months), changed my cosmetics completely, omiting all fungal acne triggers (even in shampoos). And gess what happened - I have got amazing skin, and bumps now are rarely seen on my face. I have never thought that you one can be cured via RU-vid, but I am a proof :D. MANY THANKS and greetings from Lithuania :)
My 13 yr old daughter has been suffering with this since the beginning of this year and I had no idea... she did her own research and said she might have fungal acne and I didn’t believe her. She does have very oily skin and those bumps that won’t go away.... like for so long now! I do have Nizoral shampoo at our local drug store so may check that out. Thank you so much for this info! 🙏🏽
I've had the same patch of "acne" on the right side of my jaw for 3 years consistently and I can't believe I spent so much money on skin care products when I could of just did a little more research. Now my face is scarred

You speak very clearly Doc and is very knowledgeable and convincing. I have been experiencing this fungal acne and I'm thankful YT recommended your channel to me. I also live in a tropical country so we usually get this acne. Thanks a lot 😊
You’re the first dr I’ve heard talk about MC and MI without me mentioning it first. My twins had “cradle cap” until they were almost 3 when I discovered those are known to cause problems in humans. I removed all products containing them and within a few days, their scalps were clear.
This just happened to me first time in my life a few days ago and I was really struggling I've never had acne but have oily skin. They are many similar size bumps on my forehead. This has really helpful .
Just checking in to see if any of her treatments worked for you guys? I also don’t have acne but I just recently started getting tiny bumps in my forehead as well.

Try mashing and chopping two garlic cloves and a teaspoon of pure powdered turmeric everyday. swallowing it on an empty stomach with a glass of lemon water each morning. I am presently battling this condition and it's slowly clearing up.. The problem is doctors prescribe antibiotics for everything these days. Antibiotics makes internal fungus grow and get out of control. You might need a strong oral antifungal prescription.

This was really interesting! I do have very oily skin, and have had tiny bumps across my forehead and down to my jaw by the hairline for a very long time. I figured it was just texture/tiny acne bumps, but given what you explained in this video I think I'll try treating it as "fungal acne" for a while and see if that does anything for it. Thanks for such a straightforward and informative video!

can i still have fungal acne without itching? My skin can be oily and gross and i’ve tried so many acne products. They always get rid of the actual pimples but not the small ones..
Not all fungal acne will be itchy! Great question. Unfortunately, I can't give specific medical advice / diagnosis to you but hopefully you will be able to seek help from a professional for your skin condition. Thanks for watching and for the great question!

I’ve been suffering from dandruff and fungus on my skin. I found shampoos containing ketoconazole 1 or 2% to help me. You can buy from Amazon. Hope it helps some of you!
I LOVE YOU. For years I've been misinformed spending excess amounts of money thinking it was regular acne and doing acid treatments when I finally have turned to the sulfer you suggested and GIRL what I've been battling for YEARS is ACTUALLY CLEARING ❤❤❤ So thank you so much from the very bottom of my heart!!:)
I found your video very informative, my general practitioner prescribed antibiotics for my odd forehead acne and after a 10 day regiment saw no improvement. Feeling optimistic that I can clear it up with the approach you recommended. Thank you!
I've noticed that refined sugar/carbs will increase my folliculitis because every time I cut back on it, my flare-ups stop occurring. Yeast thrives on sugar.
I have been fighting this yeast on my scalp for years. For some reason, when I dye my hair I get more relief for longer than I do with prescription ketoconazole shampoo. I think the developer may kill the yeast. Just a weird tip for anyone else who is struggling with it. Also, change your pillowcases daily when you’re dealing with this!
@Ilia Ros It is weird! It’s just something that I noticed. I asked my doctor about it and she didn’t know, but said if it helps it’s not harmful- unless I start having hair loss or allergic reactions to the he hair dye, of course. Lol
i noticed too my forehead doesnt get oily that much after i bleached and dyed the front part of my hair probably bc bleach strips the hair of all moisture so that part of my scalp doesnt produce too much oil which can travel to ur forehead and cause u to get pimples
I had horrible flakes on my scalp. I sprayed a diluted form of Apple Cider Vinegar on my scalp, mainly before I got in the shower. My scalp cleared up immediately and I haven’t been dealing with flakes since.
I got this between my breasts while breastfeeding my kids. Could not get my doctor to take it seriously and didn’t have good insurance ( specialist where barely covered) so didn’t go to a dermatologist. Tried to figure out what it was and how to treat it on my own. I managed to clear it with the Z Bar. If This video had been around it would have been a godsend. Thank you for making it now. 🙏
You totally saved me! I have had oozing spots on my face for literally years (yes ... 4-5 years). Been to three dermatologists with minimal results. I used the sulfur based products you suggested and my face was cleared in 1.5 days. Totally amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! And, thank you again!
I just recently discovered you and subscribed to you yesterday. Today, this video came up and I believe it describes perfectly what I've been experiencing on my very upper back/shoulder area. This is about the third time I've had this outbreak and for me, it seems to come when I've been overly stressed out. I've been using an over-the-counter fungal medication and will now try your soap recommendation. Thank you so much for your very sound wisdom! xo
Ahh, thanks ya so much. I really needed this kinda video. Near my residence, here's no good dermatologist. So this gonna help me 🥰 I love youuuu 🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜
Thank you! I have had this before, I think, mildly on my forehead. And thanks for letting me know about the dandruff shampoo. I have never found shampoo that works. What works for me is washing often enough and good enough but not too much, exfoliating scalp, Sulfate free shampoos, diluted ACV rinses, Jamaican Black Castor oil, and other oils that don’t clog my pores too bad, avoid coconut oil
ok so i know this video was made awhile ago but i’ve had fungal acne for probably two years now, it just spread over my forehead and i was getting so tired of it, i got all these little comments at school about it and i just stopped looking in the mirror because it made me feel bad about myself and was definitely my biggest insecurity. i’ve started using Benzoyl peroxide 5% and i have no words. i’ve only been using it for A WEEK and my face is already smoothing out and getting so much better ❤️ i don’t know if this works for everyone but it’s definitely worked for me. i was able to just get it at my drugstore but i think at some places it either needs to be prescribed or you have to ask. It does have some pretty big side affects as well especially if your skins sensitive but i totally recommend checking it out. I’m also not saying this will work for everyone it’s just my story :)
Omg I just started treating it, I had no idea what it was and it got BAD! My forehead is peeling! I’m going to start using my acne cleanser and lotion that has this to see if it helps with the cream my dermatologist prescribed. Thanks 🤞
For many years I thought the acne ms that I have are regular acne but once I realize they're fungal not the bacteria or "hormones" acne that other say, it starts to make sense. I'm going to start buying anti-fungal acne to finally get rid of it.
OMG!!! My 7 year old has been having breakouts since he was 4 years old. He is way too young and the description you provided is exactly what it looks like. It appears in his forehead, hairline, and chin. I am really going to look into this.
I have it on my upper back, chest, shoulder and face... the jackpot. I use honey and propolis-based skincare product because honey has antifungal properties.
It's so true! I had stubborn acne that wouldn't clear and after rounds of oral antibiotics (through my derm) on a whim I researched products safe for fungal acne (simple skincare science blog) and like magic my skin became clearer and more manageable. I find benzoyl peroxide is also helpful keeping both types of "acne" at Bay. Thank you so much for your suggestions too!

been wondering this for so long. my skin is simultaneously the best its ever been in regards to acne and the worst its ever been in regards to these little uneven bumps on my face that i cant seem to get rid off. so this might just have come in clutch, thanks a lot.
Such great info . I was on 2 strong antibiotics 3 weeks ago. Out of the blue , 3 days ago my skin broke out on my cheeks and chin with 30+ of these fungal acne pustules . Forhead is clear as a bell, but cheeks and chin are awful. It is absolutely disheartening . This has happened to me twice before in my life after being on strong antibiotics . I’m starting to clear it now with antifungals but it’s so frustrating . It will take weeks . My skin was doing amazing before this set back :(
I have been struggling to similar looking bumps on my forehead for 3 months now which is new to me since I have never experience in the past. Finally! I know what to do now. Many thanks Doc!
I was just studying mycology for my quiz tomorrow and I just read about the same fungi. It didn't even occur to me that acne could also be caused by fungal, very helpful.
I just want to say..... THANK YOU sooo much for giving us all of this info, it was indeed very helpful, I bought the clean and clear shampoo, the Cera Ve cleanser, Cera VE Serum, Cera Ve face cream for acne prone skin and have barely been using this products for 1 week daily and my skin on my face and arms is clearing up, I have not seen my arms this clear in many years 😊💙
