I’m a Bon Appetit cook and I want to say I admire your videos and words! Yes some of us can get upset but at the same time being angry isn’t gonna better a situation instead just keep being strong and handle pressure while in control of a service
I go to work 15-25 minutes early everyday , I cover shifts when and if needed we are extremely short staffed at the moment and I feel like I’ve worked my ass off for a sous chef position the only thing I need to get down pack is my social anxiety some times I can talk to people easily and keep the vibe going sometimes I can’t stand seeing let alone talking to people . How do I control that ? I wanna be better I wanna do better I want to learn more .
