Whaaat? I live in the south and leather working is thought from a young age. This ain't nothing special, there are plenty of American that do a better job. She makes it seem like this is the hardest thing in the world when it's not.
Making a handbag is easy. Making one that looks that good takes talent and a WHOLE LOT of patience. Attempt to rush anything and you'll get sloppy lines which not only ruins the aesthetic but ruins the physical quality as well. (Yes, I've done some leatherwork before. But nothing that complex.)
Actually this can apply to most artisan crafts, anyone can make a suit anyone can make a handbag, but requires years of refining a skill to make a good one let alone a great one
That is such a beautiful bag. If I ever was able to afford a bag like that and find an artisan to make it for me, I would wait for months knowing that someone is putting in care and time to make something just for me.

I'm starting to dabble in bag making (just with cotton fabric, but I've made 2! One of them being heart shaped with a thick liner to hold it together) and woooowwww so much respect for this art! It's so nice and pretty 🥰🥰

Your bags are absolutely beautiful ! If I had ways to buy/order a bag from you i would totally! As a child of a parent who sells leather goods, i support this and undersand how it can be hard to sell leather goods especially hand-made.
I love how much work you put into each of these bags and I feel like you might become an inspiration for me to get me to start making them because there's so much that that's automated and I feel like something still may be handcrafted to make them look better and everything that you make is the best I wish I could buy them but I can't cuz I'm only a child.
