At 76 years old, kinda hard getting a 30 year loan.

Hey Johnny - thanks for the comment sir. It’s actually against the law to discriminate against a loan applicant based off their age. If you qualify for a loan, you get a mortgage loan. 💯💪

I got a 30 year mortgage last year at age 74. no problem at all. It was from G.Rate but this gentleman knows his stuff so contact him or a good real estate agent will also know that age is not a factor. I mistakenly thought so also.

What about those who have no credit score? Can they get a manual write-up if they have a large enough down payment?

Yes, that's possible. We would just need to ensure the investor would be okay with that.

What if you don’t meet the service time requirement but do have a 10 % disability rating can you still get a VA loan?

Hey Johnny - VA would allow you to buy a home with your daughter but you must live in it. You could possibly refinance her mortgage with you on a VA loan thus making the home or a portion of the home yours too.

We've helped many veterans with collections on credit get approved for a VA Loan. Generally speaking collections must be older than 1 year old and you must have the min credit score needed for approval purposes.

You sure can. Key thing would be to find a lender who is orginating these types of loans. Goldwater Bank is currently originating them from what I've been made aware.
