Do You Remember The ORIGINAL Madagascar Game????

I find it pretty weird that the TV advertising of the Madagascar game and especially the Over The Hedge game don't even feature actual gameplay and instead had CG animation attempting to masquerade as gameplay.

THIS WAS MY GAME, playing both of the Madagascar games made me fall in love with the world.

I remember renting this game way back in the day. My brother and I love it, we even completed the game before we even had to return it which was something I don’t think I’ve ever done before!

I am surprised 😯 😯 that toys for bob the folks that made skylanders and crash 4 it’s about time made the original Madagascar video game 🎮. Hope toys for bob will remake the original Madagascar or hopefully 🙏 have backwards compatibility on Xbox series x too.

I know the next game your gonna review is Over The Hedge but I want to point out that when your gonna review the Kung Fu Panda game, it's best to know that the PS2/Wii versions have some differences from the PC/MAC/PS3/Xbox 360 versions like parts of the game being cut in the PS2/Wii versions.

I had this on the PS2 and i absolutely loved it! ❤ i knew then that toys for bob where a special studio and I've only been proven right as the years have gone on! I can't wait to see what they do next

Never owned the first game, but HELL, I sure played the second one to death and it holds a special place in my heart lol

Had this on xbox and pc, though my xbox copy is so scratched audio dosnt play and sometimes it crashes

This game kinda felt like a Spyro game to me but it was pretty fun. To me, the graphics are good. I mean I know the models still looks like plushes, to me it kinda has some kind of charm. I wish this game was a bit longer tho, it's really fun. Also I liked Toys for Bob reused some sfx from the 102 Dalmatians PS1 game which was another game they developed.

I've played this game when I was a kid, I saw some of the commercials for the game which is what had me aware of it, I played it at a friend's house and I liked it a good amount. After getting another copy years after losing my old one, yeah I still like it. I'll acknowledge it's short, lasting only 2 and a half hours if you're not collecting all the coins (some of which can be a bit annoying to get, particularly the mushroom pattern mini-game), less when skipping cutscenes, but as a game it's still fun and I personally don't mind if a game is short so long as I have a good time. Might double-dip and get the PC version.

I was surprised to see a video about this game. I had it for the PS2, if I recall correctly. I mostly used cheat codes to mess around and play certain levels. I also had the GBA version. If I recall correctly, it was a 2D platformer. And when you get an upgrade, you can use it in the previous stages. The game encourages it, as there are upgrades that help out with exploration, like Gloria swimming underwater.

this game was one of the first games to receive the Everyone 10+ rating. with the other ones being Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, Shadow the Hedgehog, and NHL 06.

You should try the Madagascar 2 game on PS2, I loved that one as a kid and even now I think it holds up.
