I’m a naked sleeper, but I only do it alone. I’ve been sleeping in the nude since July and it’s very comfortable and I’ve gotten better sleep. I recommend trying it for those who have sleep issues.
It is nothing extraordinary, I think most of the people sleep naked, it is comfortable and lot of air goes in and out, in the private areas and makes one comfortable..
Me and my girl we are naked all the time in the summer or in the winter unless we go out in public but when at home we are naked all the time in the summertime

They tell me it's more comfortable but I couldn't tell you I started sleeping naked when I was 14 and I'm 63 now so I really couldnt tell you I have no frame of reference
Use to never. Evolved to sleeping nude depending on mood. Sometimes it just feels more free and go to sleep quite quickly. Other times a T and undies feels more secure and warm. During bad weather conditions, I tend to sleep with some cloths on and have other cloths ready to jump in to in case I need to be ready for anything. There is nothing more free than sleeping outdoors nude. It puts a damper on all insecurities. Kind of a mind sweep or restart from socially created fears. Except it would not be advised for one to just pick anywhere or anytime outdoors. A safe location that others won't discover and assume wrong ideas. Which is fear, but we live within a society of acceptabilities.
Don't know about others,but as a country boy I have slept this way all of my life and it's natural,I only put on men's underwear when I am dressed and have a doctor's appointment,each to their own but I prefer natural.
I slept naked for the first time 10 years ago and I haven’t worn clothes to bed since. My wife thinks I’m weird. But even she can’t resist it sometimes. It’s the best.
@Claudio Coppola Mrkans? I assume you’re trying to say “Americans.” And there’s nothing wrong with sleeping naked with your spouse. Being naked is one of the most freeing sensations there is. You’re probably one of those types who wears clothes during sex with a blindfold on, I’m guessing. Or one of those individuals who wears a face mask in their car while they drive, alone, with nobody with them. People who wear face masks alone are the same people who lie in their beds alone with a condom on. THAT’S WEIRD.
