I feel like you were inside my head. I’m crying for all of us who have blamed ourselves for things that were not our fault, for all of us who have been punishing ourselves because the people who punished us are not here anymore, for our thinking that joy was something only other people had and it wasn’t for us. I really needed this just when I found it. Tapping has made such a difference in my life in the last 2+ years, I have shared it with others who are skeptical but at least one of them took to it and saved her life. ❤❤❤❤❤

Other than tapping, one has to surround oneself with positivity. Prayer, food, media consumption, and people around us all play a role in determining how easily we attract and emit happiness.
