I think affordable side is more looking matte and giving a clean girl vibe while the expensive side is looking like shiny , somewhat glossy vibe maybe it's because of light that side is looking more enhance , but it's hard to know the difference I would go for an affordable side ❤

I did spot a few differences. The expensive one is obviously more glowy.But you're dark circles are not even that pigmented,still the cheap one couldn't properly cover them.The expensive one would be a better choice if you can afford it.Personanlly,I also can't so I'd also go for the cheap one.
