Probably ,Since sometimes hunter are too pro they need to rush the cipher gaming

i think it is pretty good if the other two survivors are a strong rescuer + a stunner or strong support and if those decoders can kite for at least 2 ciphers, of course

currently, only single decoder + rescue /double tide is viable in competition. the Japanese team RC first introduced prisoner as a counter to ivy, and other teams have picked up on that too, using either prisoner or mechanic as their sole decoder. there have been rare instances of double decoder, however that is an objectively weaker team composition
