when child is small he/she copies parents, when grownup they copy teachers and friends and in adulthood they copy supervisors at work... if you find any issue in employee, don't go on finding faults with the person, ask where fault lies in the system, and in me or in team? We are social creatures, if things go right you are taking credit, take blame when things are going wrong too...and if you still can't do that but stuck in finding other's weaknesses, then sure continue doing so, but first resign from your job because we don't need such people. we already have enough pressures at work, we don't need fault finder.

i really enjoy being subscribed to your channel, but the mixing of Hindi and English content makes it hard to distinguish and search upon topics, and to be honest I don't really wish to receive bell-alerts about videos I cannot understand, the RU-vid system for alerts is rather messed up as it is, it does not property inform me of many important videos of personal concern and by physical IRL friends, and that leaves even less room for videos by people like Jordon Peterson, Sadhguru and BKShivani. To a certain degree it feels unfair that this minimal and contested space for alerts is taken for things I cannot understand.
