@@GoldPrince2468 Honestly, you shouldn't feel all that bad for not paying for sites like Crunchyroll. The animation studios don't get your subscription money anyway. The only reasons why I pay is to get access to higher quality video than I might get from piracy, and to get that access faster than what a fansubber can put out. If you actually wanted to support animators though, then donating to the Animator Dormitory Project is the way to do it.

One of the things that I find interesting about this anime, is that while Kumoko is the main, there is a subplot of the classroom she was with trying to find each other as they share a bond. Usually you have one or a few, but in this case you have like about 15 or more. Plus in addition, some of those friends have begun to change as well from their former lives, for better or worse.

Honestly, I see those cutaways as a failing of the anime. I generally tune out completely when the other characters are on screen. The dub helped me at least take some interest, but generally I fast forward through them.
