I still listen to his FLAMMABLE LIQUID cd. 1994. Serious minimal tech house. The bassment days. Techno for life. If they don't have it in heaven I'm not goin'. Been listening for 25 yrs. with no end in sight. RESPECT.
Juan Rodarte, I was in the east coast seen up in Boston during the mid to late 90's. I never made it out to the west coast to experience some of that magic I have heard so much about. I am forever grateful though for all the hard work anyone has ever put into TECHNO. I was able to make quite a few memories of my own though, as we all do, and plan on making many more. Sorry for the rant, but techno is something very precious to me as it is for so many of us. I am happy that my words were able to jar some more happiness from the ether for you. It is nice to see appreciation for the little less known yet, finer things in life (IMHO). Stay well, RESPECT. NAMASTE.
Good ole Doc! You know it's gold when the photographer is off to the side reviewing his takes...bouncing! Been living on this man's grooves since the mid 90s.
Yes! Flammable Liquid, Citrusonic, Earth-2-Sea, Sunday Love, More, Unlock The House & the list goes on. Alot of Doc's early mixtapes can be found here for your listening pleasure: mixcloud.com/ohm_r
My friends got to chill and talk to them during a boat party and we went to the table and said why are not dancing them l didn’t see my now love of life. We still love each other.
I can just smell that this crowd is full of OGs who grew up with Doc in the 90s. Too much smell of liniments mingle with the slow motion pop and locking. LOVE IT.
@@tranceformer9309 it's apparent that faasteddie has never experienced: Flammable Liquid, Unlock The House, Earth-2-Sea, Sublevel or any of Doc's truly legendary sets. I still remember him tearing the roof off of venues for 8hours straight, in the early '90s. Eddie Amador was right, "not everyone understands house music".
ben otago I have no doubt he has mixes available all over. I just haven't been keeping up with the scene for a while. I used to be pretty deep into the culture from the mid 90s till about 10 years ago. My technic 1210s and my vinyl are collecting dust.

Were you here 20 years ago? I suppose one could say that Doc Martin made house calls. He certainly rocked the house then. Still does as you can see. Prescribing good medicine! :)
This is for James Shelley, one of my Facebook friends regarding sounds I like. So, I hoped into my way back machine and here it is in the present! My kind of yummies! :)
Good God Amighty! That's our Dancer Pal "Brutha" around 13:30 (wearin' a hat like mine!)! He's a Househead Dance Member of the famed L.A. Kings of House Dance Troupe! And they can really burn the dancefloors, Baby! Too bad they were just kids watching Urkel on Family Matters when Doc & I used to rip the dancefloor together, at The Mayan (under the wheels of steel turntables of DJ Househead Marques Wyatt). Doc was fresh down from San Francisco back then and was only thinking about doin' Flammable Liquid!
I remember rocking the house in a hamlet in South Vietnam. I was pounding it out and I know it was heard but nobody was drawn to it, but I was avoided being the only American. Odd, I know but I was free.
