Hello -- I do not cover creation of the instance during the video. You could either create it ahead of time, or pause the video and create it then! (I describe the configuration between 0:50 and 1:20)
Hmm... I don't think so. Cloud Run takes a single container image and runs it when receiving a request. You could make the container entrypoint some script which runs multiple processes, but that usually isn't a good idea. I'm not sure though. If you get it running w/ Cloud Run, let me know!
When I made this video, docker-compose was not bundled with docker desktop! Now that it is, docker compose may work out of the box. I haven't tried it!
