My father was brought back by Doctors from a heart attack and told me it was so peaceful on the other side, he said don’t ever let them bring me back. This gives me so much peace even now 50 years later.

Years ago I was laying on the sofa listening to this man on Good Morning America play a very beautiful song on his guitar, and the next thing I know is that I left my body and flew over the Napa Valley from Sonoma Valley. As I'm flying around, I see a Golden White circular light in the sky above me which I'm drawn towards. I instantly knew within that light is my true home. I flew up to the light, and the closer I was to it, the more powerful the loving energy was, it magnetized me towards it. As I was at the light, I wasn't allowed to go in as I really wanted to go home, it wasn't my time. Coming back to my body and hearing the man again finishing his song, I knew this world wasn't my true home, but a school to learn. I've since have come upon different spiritual Masters as I didn't search them out, but they were there on my spiritual journey. Our true home is squeezed out through or oozes out through nature as Golden Essence, and is why people love to be in nature, they're unknowingly sensing and feeling that Golden Essence, which comes from that Golden Whie Light, God's Light!

When I left my body, the first thing I remember doing is looking back and saying, “you mean thats not real!!!” All I can remember after that is, it was very peaceful and very organized. I’ve come to realize that if your life is organized, your way more peaceful!

When I see people actually being saved and not given up on by doctors, it makes my heart glow. Glad you’re here man.

I'm curious about the hand warming events...my dad had a very bad back when I was young( I had a much older dad than most people my age) it seemed like my hands would warm up over the sensitive area and he always bragged about what a good back fixer I was, later on as an early adult I became involved with other things but was still sought after for actually making backs feel better. I became pretty much a drunk and even still have memories of my hands getting warm over other people's painful areas...it sounds so ridiculous but since I got sober 5 years ago..I thought I imagined it all...the way you describe it though is exactly how my hands felt...I have more in depth experiences but don't want to share with the world. I'm pretty sure I'm just nuts lol. I know this doesn't relate to nde but your the first person I've ever heard that from. Thank you for sharing

but the thing is, avoidants may have once been clingy like those with anxious attachment, maybe even MORE needy, and had to learn to shut off emotional needs to survive hyper-independently because we learned the hard way we were both too much and not enough... that in the real world no one actually cares, so we'd better learn to fight alone and put the pedal to the metal...
